Very disappointed in this salon. Took my daughter here because of the great reviews. My daughter got her hair done yesterday and was not pleased with the outcome. One side of her head had more highlights then the other side. Called this morning to let them know, they got her in to fix it and still not pleased. I will be getting it fixed and again by someone else.

I don’t like what they did to my hair. Box dye or not they should know how to fix it. I don’t recommend this place at all. I showed them what I wanted and didn’t get it.

Vita is fantastic! I was a new customer and she listened to me and gave me the perfect cut and what I asked for. She is very kind and attentive.

Came to the salon to meet with you Giovanni for a consultation. My hair is troublesome, the wrong color, fine and too short. I have been searching for a salon where I could trust the stylist and his expertise. I finally found it. Giovanni has traveled across the country, constantly learning about the latest products styles treatments, cuts to stay current. Tops Shelf Salon! Giovanni and Frank are the best at what they do. And everyone there are is very talented. They also have great customer service and are very attentive and nice. Make sure you book in advance, cause they are always full.

Not satisfied with my haircut, thining shears not used to remove the bulk (as requested) from my hair but used on the ends, felt like another client was taking her attention away from me. Will not return
