Variety of meals that are not the usual.
Tasty but not hot when served.
Booths are small for four but fine for two.
Must make reservations!
Parking in front if you are there when open at 4pm, otherwise must use lot a few buildings away.

It is relatively expensive but it's very delicious and I don't mind spending the extra money for great food and service!

I wouldn’t waste my time with this place. We all saw what happened with the Cloud 9 experiment. I do not care what anyone says, this place has the rudest ownership and wait staff (imagine that). They cannot take constructive criticism of any kind and there is never any culpability when they are called out on something. (Just read ownerships responses to the negative reviews).

Staff were very friendly. Food was great and appeared to be homemade. Restaurant was very cozy. I recommend making a reservation.

Francos is our go-to favorite restaurant in town. Cozy, delicious- a perfect date night! Have never had a single dish that wasn’t fantastic!

Sat at the bar and was still great service. The dinners were both great, I wish I had gotten the house made pasta!

They fit us in and the service was exceptional even though we were last minute. Good was great and we'll be back again. One more thought, they are knowledgeable and have several gluten free options!

Best dinner we have had in years. Start to finish every course was superb. The staff was outstanding and made us feel like family. An essential stop when you’re in Williamsport.

Our family was in town while our father was in the hospital and a local gentleman suggested Franco's. I am so happy we listened! The atmosphere was excellent, our waitress was amazing, and it was some of the best homemade pasta I've had since my Nonna passed away many years ago. And then, the icing on the cake is the owner is a super nice guy too! He and my family had a nice little conversation at the end of our evening! It's been agreed upon that it was easily the best meal we had in our stay in Williamsport. I absolutely will stop in again if I'm ever back in town and 100% recommend that you stop in too! (You'll want to make a reservation though, it's a smaller establishment which just added to the charm for us!)

The food was amazing we ordered bruscatta that was just amazing with every bite, we also had a few pasta meals that was equaly tasty
The service in the resturant was beyond expected and everything was done with a big smile. We had a really nice conversation with the owners and he was one of the kindest men i have ever met
I extreamly recommand to go for a visit in the resturant youll not regret for a second

Great service, food and amazing cocktails. Mahalos Seth for the awesome apple mule! The mussels were yummy with white wine sauce and bread. I'll definitely be back!

Just had a very bizarre experience after having this restaurant recommended by a family member. Went to walk in and a worker opened the door and asked if we had a reservation and we said no, she said “sorry we don’t have anything” and shoo-d us away and shut the door in our face. No offer of when a table may be available or bar seating (which we could see only had one person at it, could visually see 5 open seats). Was honestly just very odd.

Great atmosphere- feels like a bit of a step back in time (in a good way). Amazing food/ great service in a cozy little spot.
Three Words: Bison Cocoa Carbonara.

Excellent food and awesome staff. These folks were able to put a 10 top together for us after the LLWS and served us the most amazing Italian food I have ever had. The grilled meatballs were outstanding. Wine selection was small and could use a boost. Highly recommend this place.

An Italian restaurant in downtown Williamsport that had outstanding Italian food and juicy steaks. Wine wasn't too bad either.

If you like Italian food, Franco's is the place.

There's so many good things on their menu that you can't go wrong. If you want a lighter sauce, the Roman Carbonara and Chicken Carmello are 2 of my favorites. If you have an extreme love of garlic, I get the roasted garlic pesto often and it doesn't dissapoint. If you like steak, theirs is a good cut always cooked to perfection. Their homemade pasta is great quality, not mushy and not as heavy as many other places I've had. There's also lots of delish appetizers. The garlic bread is a staple for locals, but I'm also a big fan of the pickle spears, and the clams amletto. And the homemade soup for the night is always worth a mention.
You have to make reservations to eat here.

The food, ambience, location and owner just make going there an incredible visit every time. Excellent service as always!
