I absolutely love this dentistry. I became a new patient after I had terrible mouth pain and Dr. Neelima Pitchika was the sweetest dentist I have had the pleasure of working with. She walked me through my issues, was empathetic, and answered any question I had. The hygienist, Michele was also super kind and helpful with my check-in appointments. The staff are wonderful overall and the office is also clean and kept. I highly recommend as a new patient.

My experience with Frankford dental was awesome. I needed a emergency appointment for the day. I called and the receptionist Christine I believe her name is, was able to get me an appointment for that day. She was very helpful with helping me with my insurance and making sure that everything was correct. Liz and Dr Patel were absolutely amazing, they made me feel at ease, and were very informative about what I needed to get done, they exceeded all of my expectations. The office is definitely a hidden gem, and I'm happy I found them to help me with all my dental needs. If you're looking for a great dentist office with wonderful staff definitely check them out.

I have been going here for a few years and would not think of going anywhere else! Very clean and friendly looking office. The staff is great! Michele, the hygienist, is one of the best I've ever seen! I hope they are all there for many more years!

Frankford Dental Group is a top quality dental practice. Dr. Neelima, her assistant Michelle & Chrissy the Receptionist are amazing! They are professional & welcoming. Dr. Neelima and her assistant Michelle perform procedures thoroughly & expertly. I needed a broken tooth repaired & a crown for another tooth. Chrissy fit me in for treatment on both occasions without delay. This is the best dental practice in the area.

It seems front desk doesn’t like to do their Job! And It’s Pretty easy. This office should use United Concordia website. (With the website you guys can check who is in network, who is active and send claims) idk why you have to call UCCI to check a patient or why you prefer to loose a patient! If you have United Concordia you have to make sure you call your Job to see if you have a PPO because they can’t check that for u! Waste of time.
