5They did a wonderful job fixing up my grandpa‘s watch I would watch him go there every once and awhile to get a new battery
The gentlemen were very friendly but did not complete the repairs on either of my watches even though they had them for almost 3 weeks. They forgot to order my watch band and didn't do a great job replacing a small bezel inside the crystal. The bezel was tiny and kind of flimsy so they removed it but still tried to charge me for the repair even though it was poorly done. A band NOT of my choosing was put on one of my watches and had to be removed as it was not remotely like the one I asked for, but they were friendly.
My hubby & I loved the staff at Franklin Stevens. They were kind, very friendly & helpful. We had walked in 20 mins prior to their closing & never felt rushed. Picked out a beautiful band with the help of the sales associate whom gave us knowledgable advice on diamonds" Ty for your service.
Great prices, great pieces of jewelry. Not to much of a selection but what they dont have they can make or get it for ya! Since I paid cash he lowered the price. That is how you keep my business!
Great personal, professional sales and service. Don't go to the mall for jewelry when you can go to Franklin-Stevens. They also sell watches.
