Frank's Taste of Italy, Mont Alto PA

This is definitely not the old Frank's. Pizza has no flavor. I ordered a white pizza with tomatoes. White pizza should have a very garlicky flavor with ricotta cheese. This thing tasted like crust and mozzarella cheese with tomatoes. The sauce on the other pizza, tasted like pureed tomatoes with cheese and mushrooms. Supposed to have 6 bone-in wings, got chicken tenders cut up. And I'm not even going to discuss the staff. I'll go down the road to the other place from now on. Should allow for zero stars on the review.

Ordered pizza and Stromboli both lousy. Took forever to order girl on phone not familiar with menu.

Food was decent definitely stick to the pizza, service was good, if you arent a fan of the heat do not dine in and get drinks out the fridge the fountain soda is very warm and flat, the philly cheese is steakums so if you are looking for a real philly cheese go elsewhere

First time in a while since new owners. Inside was extremely hot with a big fan in use. Service was slow when i did get the soda i ordered it was warm flat watered down (probably due to ice melting) decided to cut my losses and leave they still charged me for the soda i sent back only 2 swallows gone

Pizza and French fries are VERY good. However, not much of anything else is. Basically anything cold is broken, a/c im assuming as well as ice machine. Drinks are already completely flat, pretty much just syrup. Best advice, order take out pizza and get a 2 liter. If you want people to dine in your establishment or pay $3.00 for drinks you will need to make it a normal functioning restaurant.

This past Friday the food was cold by the time we got it. Usually their delivery is prompt, and food is excellent. We usually get delivery 3-4 times a month.

Good enough pizza delivers late which is nice decent price really great sausage a sweeter suace but thats my preference.

Used to to go a lot but last 2 times ordered 2 basic dishes both were wrong. Ordered ahead and they didn’t start making it until we arrived.

They used to be a good go-to place for take-out food but in recent months the quality of work as declined drastically. They constantly screw up orders and don't bother to check their work. IE asking for boneless chicken and getting boned in or not sending dressing for certain food items. Just an overall degradation in quality truly sad to see

Just ordered online from here and I had to wait 20 minutes past the time that it said it would be ready. When I got it home, (3 minutes away) my shrimp fettucine was barely warm and had no flavor, and the shrimp on the caesar salad was not cooked all the way. The manicotti was warmer but not very good. We will not be ordering from here again.

This place used to be my go to for takeout or delivery, but since the change in management the prices have gone up, and the portion sizes and overall quality has gone down. What a shame.

I’m appalled! Food was disgusting. The food looks like it has bug in it and was harder then an asteroid! Carlos the owner treats his employees like trash. There were only two good workers named Kayla and Em A, I’m so greatly thankful for there kindness. I say fire Carlos!

Been going to this place for over 20 yrs, I have to say when the original owners had the place it was a great place to eat. Recently management had changed hands, and as many places do it has not been the same place since. It's a good pizza shop now but it used to be so much more, seems like they can't keep help now and service suffers when dining in and wait times are lengthy for takeout. Dinners and entree items were excellent in the past, now there ok but nowhere near what they used to be. I still go there for easy items and takeout but I sure miss what it once was.
