My whole experience with Frankton was hassle free from my initial contact with Riah, the executive assistant, to Jeffery, the tech who came 65 miles to upgrade a 35 year old outside UHF-VHF antenna. Jeffery analyzed/ diagnosed our problem and explained along the way. Everything upgraded and now in working order! This business is run like all businesses should be run; very professional and courteous.

First time working with this company to install a Starlink service. The process and communication all the way through to installation was exceptional.

Overall a good experience. Frankton created a solution that fit our needs and budget well, and they accommodated our schedule for the installation. Tech was moving very quickly to get the job done and that made it hard for me to ask questions but we got it worked out in the end.
