I appreciate his gentle methods. I've gone to other Gonstead practitioners in other parts of the country, and sometimes it feels fantastic to get all those multiple and intense cracks in one session, but not always.

Dr. Frazetta uses a gentler version of Gonstead, where each joint that needs adjustment is gently encouraged back into place. That means a series of smaller, less dramatic cracks via multiple appointments over a few days to a few weeks. This might sound counterintuitive, but it works because you get less stress on your joints at once, and therefore your body doesn't "freak out" and say "what the heck is happening to me!? " And because your body doesn't lock up in response to intense adjustments, your muscles are less likely to spasm, blood flow is maintained in the adjustment area, and tissues have an easier time healing.

I can honestly say that I have never left Dr. Frazetta's office in as much or more pain than I came in with, unlike all my past chiropractors.
