Renee was a little presumptuous and and did know the details of my service. Other than that it was good.

Everyone dreads buying a vehicle, but it was actually an overall pleasant experience at this dealership.

This dealership is not your typical one (abbreviated DS for rest of review). Even though it's under the same umbrella as other Fred Beans DS (s), they operate as an individual DS and their philosophy is very different from the others. While they do want to make a sale, they will try their best to help you be satisfied with your purchase as well.

My sales rep, Brian, was put thru the ringer during a visit to FB Ford DS located a few blocks away from the GMC DS. There was an SUV I was interested in, but the sale fell through. Brian found a vehicle that exceeded my
expectations. The Finance rep, Sean, came through with an excellent loan, GAP insurance, and warranty coverage that placed me exactly where I wanted to be with the monthly loan payments.

I know that if the need for another vehicle arises, this is the place I will be dealing with. How many dealerships can you say that about? In my past experiences, the answer is ZERO.

Service staff and parts staff are nice, helpful and have good customer service attitudes. Cost to do a lower ball joint job was way high (over a grand) so had that done elsewhere

My problem was not an easy one but your technician persevered until he found it. Jimmy arranged for a rental car. Always excellent service. Small touches, bring my car when it is done, meet me when I arrive.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT - MUST READ - TERRIBLE and TRUE- Multiple times I have been there I have had issues with the service department causing a problem and then the service department denying any responsibility. The 1st time was them servicing my driver's seat that would slightly shift during turns. After they looked at it and did whatever, the collision warning system would constantly give me errors because they accidently pinched the wire to the seat buzz motor. I reported it and they continued to tell me it was a bad motor. Even after I pointed out the crimped and damaged wire from where under the seat. I saw where it was crimped and smashed. I stopped in and showed Ken, the asst service manager, and he said next time I bring it in, they will take care of it. So, I scheduled an oil change that I normally wouldn't do there, and then they wouldn't fix it. Ken told me that they would also rotate the tires as part of the service. I told him not to because I just got new tires a few months ago so it didn't need it. Well they did it anyway, and now the tire pressure monitoring system doesn't work. He told me the battery on one of them went bad. But all of them don't work. I told him not to touch it. But they did. They deny it is their fault and won't have any accountability.
Another time, I brought the car there, and when I got it back, I had a dead battery from their parking lot. I had to jump it to get it home from the dealership. They told me I had a bad battery. I never had a problem with the battery before. I have worked with plenty of batteries I used to be a mechanic and have worked on numerous cars and know how they work. Funny how after they serviced it, it went bad. As if the mechanic left the accessories, or door open, or whatever. They wanted to charge me hundred to replace the battery. I did it myself. This service department is terrible and doesn't have any accountability. Either way. I strongly recommend not going here. They care about bottom line and not customer satisfaction. Never accept any responsibility. It's maddening. Deny, deny, deny. Here are the pictures - I never had these alerts before I went in there. Now I have to deal with these annoying alerts. Disgraceful.

Service Manager Ken McDonough's honesty, expertise and professionalism are very major reasons I have been taking my truck to Fred Beans Cadillac Buick GMC for over a decade. The mechanics do excellent work and Ken's diligent and very competent direction ensures everything is done right and that I am fully satisfied.

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado from here. My salesman was Bob Sawyer, very nice guy. Very easy and smooth purchase. Definitely will come back if I am ever in need of another car.

I’m going to be completely honest. Being an American of African descent you never know how you’ll be treated in certain environments. You always have to prepare yourself for the possibility of being treated in a negative manner for having brown skin. When I come to have my SUV serviced I’m always treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff is alway friendly and I really appreciate it.

Worst dealer i have ever bought a car from. Salesman was excellent but the finance dept are outright liars. Sean was the guys name i believe. Told him i had 780 credit score and to find me the best rate but only do one credit pull for the bank offering the best rate.there were 4 pulls on my credit and he marked up my rate 1% which he claims he did not but he is not being truthful. I bought their extended service plan and almost 13 months later still have not received any paperwork telling me exactly what is and what is not covered by this plan. I have called several times asking to speak to the owner and have been brushed off like no one cares.if the owner would like to reach out to me to make this right i would be happy to discuss. Since being treated poorly here, 10 of my friends have purchased vehicles ($70,000-$90,000 each) at other dealerships that used to buy from this place because my story and recommendation for them to use a different dealership.i will continue to tell my story and hopefully others will not buy here either.

Very unprofessional. Had me in limbo about a car for a week, told them the money was coming out of a trust and ran my credit. Only for me to call them to say somebody came for a deposit on the car. My credit took a negative impact and they never even returned my call. If you don’t have any money in hand they will not work with you. Brain Kelly worse sells person ever!

Nice looking dealership, the people seem nice, but the price to me just didn’t add up. Was looking at a 2012 Dodge Charger that was listed at 16.9, I did the ask for best price, dropped for 16.5, all good. First the car was filthy. Notified them days before I was interested and wanted to come check it out. I was looking for a cheap note (200) month, had 8k to put down, told me I would need 11k down, and it came with no warranty (they wanted somewhere around 5k for 5 year warranty, the most expensive part of that car would be the engine, which you can buy for 2500$) On a 16.5k car wanted me to put 11k down, remainder would have been 5.5k+there extra hidden fees. Or there other offer of 450ish a month+3k down which would end up being about 25k on a 16.5 car, went and looked at 2015 charger listed at 21k and somehow the payments are almost the same. Sad to say I thought the big dealer would be the most honest about there upfront prices, nice people tho
