I needed an inspection on my car, it was just a few days before it ran out. I tried to make an appointment and the customer service told me mid April, I told her again My inspection is going to run out, the lady did not care. I called the service center and spoke with Andrew the Manager he got me in for inspection in 2 days. I appreciate you Andrew for helping me out and getting my inspection done. Sometimes you have to go over some heads to get what you need done. Andrew was very understanding about my issue. Service is always good here and the people are professionals. I will be going to Hyundai for a long time. Great cars and service! Thanks again Andrew!

Tim Engle literally made my day! I'm a new car owner and didn't have a ride to the dealership, he came out of his own pocket to get me a ride that was 40+ mins out from the dealership. He always kept me updated on the car I was looking at and made sure I was staying in my means financially. His personality was genuine and he was extremely easy to talk to! I have a car currently at Longhorne waiting for it to be serviced. I just called earlier today to get more information and wanting to know why it was taking so long. The lady on the phone told me she was going to get me connected to someone and then hung up on me? Which I found so rude because I've been so patient. I've been without a car for two weeks and I can't even get a loaner. The reason I even got a car was to transport myself, especially since I work 40 mins from home. Ubers are expensive, public transportation is too long, and when I call for an update on my car I get hung up on!? This is ridiculous.

First purchase at Fred Beans was delightful. Beginning with the first contact via internet, meeting the general Manager Mike Strenge, working on the vehicle purchase with Brianna Tun, the finance dept, the business office and the detail dept. Everyone was nice, helpful and the whole process was seamless. I honestly hate purchasing a vehicle because it has always been a bad experience. But not at Fred Beans of Langhorne, this dealership is great and I highly recommend them.

Went for a recall and another service issue I was experiencing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from my first phone call til I picked up my car. All issues and solutions were explained, all staff members I came in contact with were very professional and went out of their way to be sure I was happy with my experience.

Just got a 2022 Palisade. It was a great experience. My car was taking quite awhile to come in thanks to the environment we are in right now with supply chains and all. Brianna and Michael worked with me to finally get me the perfect car for me. The one I ordered has yet to come in but I got something even more amazing. The other car must be meant for someone else.
