Fred Donatelli & Son Cemetery Memorials reviews
5 I called two different occasions, and each time, whoever I spoke to was awful. It felt like I was bothering her by asking for the address.
Also the lady who helped me yesterday lacked any kind of compassion. Picking up your loved ones remains isn't easy, and her attitude didn't help at all. Maybe find someone who has a heart to do this job.
Made a call to check the end date for headstone, and while looking at old paperwork believed some parts were previously paid for. Lady very rude said no it wasn’t. Then proceeded to tell me I needed a work order and to pay 250 and have paperwork notarized. I already paid for this during my initial funeral/burial arrangements. So I said send to my attorney. Attorney gets bill for 275. Funny I paid 245 in March, tells me 250 and then bills my attorney for 275. I’m not the only one who says since kids took over it’s gone down hill. I guess covid is to blame for this also
Amazing service! Hardest day of our life was putting our dog down, the service and care that was taking by the Donatelli family was amazing. They truly care and it shows! Thank you for your amazing service and for caring about our pet as if it were yours!
Philip Donatelli is a prince among men. His Compassionate and understanding professionalism carried us through the loss of our baby girl "Madge" gracefully.
Fred was kind, professional and understanding. Very good experience purchasing a monument for my father.
