Freddy & Tony's Restaurant, Philadelphia PA

The food is tasty.when the only person working in the front decides to hand it to you after it's been sitting behind him prepared for 25 minutes ‍️

I stopped going to this Freddy and Tony's because the food has changed. I couldn't get to the Freddy and Tony's on Front st.so I gave Allegheny site a try again, can u say disappointed. The staff was nice, the food on the other hand, my pernil was dry, chopped in chunks rather than pulled, and it had no taste (like it was old), my platanos was thick not flat enough, no taste even though I got garlic on em'. I don't know why this location got soo bad at cooking.

Drove 2hrs from Bmore just for their alcapurrias and let me tell you, it was worth it. I will def come up again for them. Plus went to see the Rocky statue on a full stomach from here. Next time I will come up in the summer so it will feel like I'm back home in PR.

The restaurant changed during covid-19, now they way it looks not good. Food still delicious. I am glad still running thou.

I came here for the 1st time after I got stood up by this Asian escort in North Philly this past Saturday anyways they have really great authentic Puerto Rican food. I highly recommend!

Waited and hour for a sandwich. When I got it cold. And tasted like nothing. Very disappointing. And yes I definitely think door dash to them is way more important then the people in front of them. I saw one door dash delivery guy come and get 3 separate orders as I waited for my sandwich.

It’s been a very long time I mean years Since I had food from here bcuz for a while they food sucked. Well last night we DoorDash and was super surprised on how good the food was. A+ ya understood da Assignment

I went there on Sunday didn’t buying anything the place was soo dirty and food look discussed it they should have cleaning it

It's great food and service i only wished that we could have dined in but I know it's because of covid.but it was a great experience i recommend it.

I don't know what is going on with this place this has been the 3rd time I have an issue with my order I spend 50-60 dollars every time I go I payed extra for gravy on my potato ball the girl said it was extra I said it was fine I get home got charged and no gravy I asked for yuca alcapurrias they gave me regular alcapurrias I asked for carne frita I got pernil I consider that stealing from the customers I bet if a customer go there and is missing 5 cents they won't get there food a little here and there adds up everytime.

Very Nice! Love They're food, call and order! Friendly Staff i recommend the half of chicken yellow rice and beans.sooooooooooooo good! You wont be disappointed. Weekends order the ribs and ALWAYS get a porchop on the side. Try the pina Colada and you'll feel like youre in pueta rico Baby! Facts

Everything taste like nothing
Rice was hard bean were okay but the meat
Pernil and carne asada was dry no flavor
The pastellios didn’t taste good at all dry n nasty
My son that loves them gave them back to me

It was my first time there n my last porky point better

The pina colada tasted good only

The food never misses here, but the wait and the way they prioritize orders (looks like DoorDash) absolutely sucks. They've downsized the restaurant and only fits like 10 people standing up. OLD FREDDY AND TONY'S USED TO BE GREAT AND INVITING.now it's a take out stop basically.
