Best pencil french fries around.best real custard no matter what type of ice cream you order. All workers are always pleasant. Great place

Waited well over an hour in the drive through for what was mediocre fries and a burger that was mostly dressing.

Just stopped at this place and couldn’t help but feel obligated to mention an individual named Ben. He is like 5 employees in 1 and has an outstanding attitude (Well above and beyond). Give that man a nice raise.

Never since they opened has it been so "off". And the place was dirty! Gross.
If it wasn't for my son, I would have walked out. Definitely down hill the last 4x's.

This is the second time I’ve found a hair except this time it was burnt and attached to a cheese curd, the fries taste old and not fresh and not only that for some reason everytime I ask for Dr Pepper I end up with root beer? It seems like there’s too many children and not enough managing happening here. I used to love Freddy’s but after receiving mediocre tenders and then lack of cleanliness I will no longer be bothered

The food was costly. I had a patty melt & cold fries. BTW the drive thru was SOOOOOO slow.

I first started going to Freddie’s in west Chester which I love. This location needs a good cleaning. I am amazed about the difference between this location and others. Plus the drive thru line take foooorreeeeeveerrr. Knock this building down and rebuild and I will give 5 stars. Nice people work here though.

Never do I receive sauces when I ask, wait time is ridiculous, never napkins, never straws and it gets frustrating.

The food is always yummy and the staff is great always good customer service, the kids working there are really doing a great job. What I found very disappointing and the reason I decided to leave a review was how the manager was talking to his employees.screaming at them across the kitchen for everyone in the building to hear, it’s unprofessional and unnecessary. Specifically the bald manager yelling about the ice cream machine needing to be cleaned. 1.that’s gross now we all know your stuff is dirty, being a manager Id think you’d know better.and 2.it was nasty and rude to his employees creating an uncomfortable work experience for them and an uncomfortable dining experience for us. I really hope someone talks to this manager and gets him off of his high horse, the power trip is embarrassing.this incident was 10/23 around 7pm, so you know who to talk to.

You have absolutely got to do something about the ridiculously long lines in drive thru. Cheese curds good but too greasy. Drain better. Hawaiian sundae was excellent.

The chocolate shake was rich, thick and creamy. Delicious.
The burger, on the other hand, was bland and greasy. Not even close to the quality of Steak Burger you get at Steak and Shake.

Food is AMAZING! Highly recommend 11/10! Staff is great! Communication is 100% there.had a really good experience at the broomall location

Freddie’s is the friendliest place - but the line at the drive up is very slow at lunch -it’s a design flaw - there’s no pay window at Freddie’s / you pay at the pickup window - which doubles the work of the friendly server and turns fast food into slow food - Freddie’s is fine but avoid the drive up at lunch time unless you have time to sit in a long line -

So easy, used the drive through. It was quick, a great value and very yummy! We got Strawberry & Chocolate shakes, delicious, and the burger combo (double cheeseburger & shoestring fries) was really great! My husband enjoyed the cheese curds, but that's just not my thing and we also split a few onion rings which were great! Overall, service & food were excellent, it looked very clean and well organized inside (view from the drive through) and was a great value for a quick meal. I'll definitely be back again!

Got a steak burger with bacon and an order of fries. Both were outstanding. The absolutely best fast food burger anywhere! As good as a dine in restaurant burger!

Used to really love this place but lately the food just isn’t as good and the drive-thru takes awhile.they still have some of the best fries though

My family and I love Freddy's! Their food is amazing and everyone there is always so nice. Their french fries are the best and my favorite meal is their chicken tenders. Freddy's is always my first choice to eat when I'm in that area.

I love Freddie's. But I was thoroughly disappointed today by the chicken fingers. What a shame the Freddie's fingers were the best. Including Chic Fila. Now they're bigger, not better, the breading head no taste. Awful. According to staff they have a new manufacturer which is unfortunate. Change it back!

I am really disappointed in the service today after spending $40 on food for 3 people. My daughters kids meal didn’t come with the side. They didn’t put my sauces in the bag for the chicken tenders. Even though I ordered and paid for white meat chicken tenders, I got mystery meat chicken nuggets shaped like chicken tenders. I was expecting really good high quality food for the price, and I feel like I just overpaid for McDonald’s.
