Rob the branch manager at the morrell avenue location is awesome. He is always willing to help. Naya and Amy and colleen are awesome to. Naya goes above and beyond to help you.

Here's my review of freedom do not use this credit Union because they shut down my account when I asked for new card because the one I had was about to expire leaving me no access to my account and no cash so now I have to drive outside the city because it closed down my I'm going to close my account and never go back

My whole family has banked here ever since I was a child. I have never had any issues with this bank or this location. Everyone that works there is always extremely friendly and helpful. I see so many bad reviews and I honestly dont know how when I have never once had a bad experience with anyone there, everyone is always more then nice!

You close at 4: 30 on a Friday (every other day too). Don’t even act like your care about your members. Banks should be minimum 5-5: 30 especially on payday

Went in to ask to cancel deposits. 6 weeks later still hasn’t changed. Went to check my balance at an ATM and was charged $2.00. This place is not for members

Today 5/5 2023 Bank said I could not use my bank card to buy a car even though we have the amount to cover the amount in the bank. Then I asked for the amount in cash and bank said they did not have $14,000 in cash to give me. This is the first sign that you're bank is going under, take your money out ASAP and run as far as you can.

I have been a member for close to 20 years! No one said hello or even greeted me when I entered the location. There were four employees working inside. I am seriously looking for another bank simply because of the lack of customer service. I’m so shocked at the lack of professionalism. I miss the Dutton Rd location where it felt like a community and that my business was appreciated.
