I would actually like to give them a negative rating if I could.very unprofessional my wife and children and our homeschool group used them for a trip to Pittsburgh the air conditioning did not work the children got sick from the 86 degree temperature in the bus.on the way back my wife got yelled at by Bill who was riding along because she bought slushies for the kids too try to cool them.off after he Departed the bus in Altoona the very inexperienced driver made several wrong turns and had to be guided back to the pickup place.save yourself a headache a use someone else!

Called over 6 weeks ago. And it took them 2 week for them to call me back.then they gave me a price but then I wented to add a sooner pick up time & then wented me to put my down deposit without give me a new total. I don't understand y they call them party a bus when u can't drink on them.when I get a school bus & u can drink on it & today is 7/28/22 it take this long to call me back today for when I needed it for 8/6/22 so I needed to go same where better that called me the next day.

I called an email 2 months in advance for a car. Never heard a word back from them so I called again. Durong that call I spent lots of time giving specifics about how my daughter cannot get into certain types of vehicles and wanted to ensure one that she could would be available for her senior prom, which ONE was available! At that time I was willing to do whatever to book the car but was told that someone would get back to me with the price and further details. Never heard back from anyone either via email or phone messages. Call the couple of times finally got a return call today only to find out they rented the car my daughter could get into to someone else. There's "nothing they can do about it". Nor are they willing to do anything about. The answer I was given is "we can learn from this mistake and we're sorry". And my response to that was you're sorry and my daughter now doesn't have a vehicle to go to prom in! Glad my daughter had to learn a lesson for your screw up!
I wish I could give negative 50 stars! Just because they didn’t care!
