Counselors there do not give you correct info. Then lie about what happened when confronted about it it.

I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience here at Freedom! The lobby & restroom is always clean and you feel welcomed when you come in thanks to the receptionist Crystal! She is very friendly, attentive, & professional! The lady that does intake is such a ball of energy & fun she is so down to earth and funny I absolutely love her! Of course Dr. Lebay is an amazing doctor, I opened up to her early on because she’s such a genuine soul! I can talk to her about anything and I know she cares & she gives me great advice when I need it! She is the best doctor I’ve ever had actually! Unfortunately the 1st counselor I had was not just a bad person but she was not a right fit for me & my recovery! Our conversations was surface level & I never felt comfortable to open up about things that I’ve been through or that a bothered me! Thank God I have Marissa as my counselor now and she is such a genuine and kind spirit! She is very attentive to my recovery and whatever I need! I feel like I can open up about my past traumas, family issues, or even just day to day problems and she’ll be right there to listen & talk me through them! The first day I met Marissa I knew she was the counselor I’ve been needing because she’s “present” and very humble but most of all she takes my recovery serious! Nonetheless Freedom Healthcare can give you the tools to succeed but it’s up to you to put the work in yourself! Thanks to the Elwood City Freedom Healthcare team I’ve been clean for over a year, not one slip up since I’ve been here! They make you want to win but ultimately it’s up to you to want better for yourself & that’s what I chose!
