NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THE SHOP IS JIST ONE BIG JOKE. THEY WILL ALWAYS SAY THE SAME THING EVEN WHEN IT COMES TO REPLYING TO THERE POOR REVIEWS. MANGER SAYS THERE TWO SIDES, THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION, AND THE BEST ONE WE DID TAKE THINGS OFF THE BILL. THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE DOWN. HAD MY TRUCK HERE. I NEEDED A FORCE REGION AS MY TRUCK WAS NOT REGENING. THE SHOP TURNED AROUND AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED A TURBO I KNEW THAT THEY WERE WRONG GOT MY TRUCK OUT OF THERE TOOK IT TO FREIGHTLINER IN LANCASTER AND TOLD THEM THAT I JUST HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK THEY DID THE FORCE REGION AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE TURBO WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP TO THEM THAT THERE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE WITH THE TURBO THEY INSURED ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND THEN WHEN I SHOWED THEM WHAT PHILADELPHIA FREIGHTLINER HAS SAID EVEN LANCASTER FREIGHTLINER SAID THAT THEM GUYS WERE FULL OF IT WHATEVER ANYBODY DOES DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE ALL THE REVIEWS ARE SAYING THE SAME THING STAY AWAY

Hi Owner operators, please avoid this place to save your time and money, and some nerve cells as well. I am very disappointed with this place, cause they kept my truck for whole week and didn't do anything, in spite of that I was told that the truck will be done by Friday, 08/28/20. I dropped the truck on Friday, a week before because the rear carrier was leaking and they told me that they will diagnose it on Monday or Tuesday. They emailed me onThursday at night and notified that truck is not gonna be done by Friday, and I decided just to cancel everything.
Also, two ladies on a front desk in a service department were very rude and unrespecpectful.
Very unprofessional and careless stuff, that don't care about your business and your time. They trying to hold the truck longer to charge you more.
I know other dealerships that are doing very great, this one just was closer to me. Never will come back again, and I don't recommend anyone to come there.

Had my truck serviced here and these guys gave no respect to my truck. Mechanic worked on my truck with greased hands to stain up my seats and everything.

If you dont want your truck dirty with black grease on your seats and everywhere else, do yourself a favor and dont bring your truck here

Brought my truck in for an overhead adjustment after it was done i noticed there was a ticking noise coming from the engine. I took it back there to get it checked out. They said overhead tune up was done right & recommended me put a new engine in LOL so i took it to a different dealership & have them do the tune up again & theres no more ticking noise now. DO NOT COME HERE for any repair.

I had these guys re-center my steering wheel pointing to 10 o'clock to the left, they charged me $150 for it. After they did the work, my truck is now pointing 2 o'clock to the right. Obviously nobody test drove my truck after the work was done. I called Jen at the shop and complained about it, and she said too bad, you should've complained on the same day. These guys do shoddy, unprofessional, and bad job.

Truck owners, do yourself a favor, take your truck elsewhere and save yourself a heartache.

I will not come back here again. They dont care about tour truck even your truck on warranty they will charge you.

Bunch of kids playing joking around riding around on forklift everything but fixing trucks this place is a joke. If you go there and truck stay in shop for weeks don't say you haven't been warned.

My truck has been sitting for nearly 2 weeks for a SCR problem. Been out of work since then and it's really frustrating. I'm not sure why it's taking forever to get things done but something has to change.

They can still your money, girl so rood on service front desk, they charging $297 just to read your ecm to order new sticker for engine with serial number, it's not even 10 minutes job & it cost any other dealer $25.

In no case do not contact this dealer.my truck they have a week and they can only carry apytemen from monday to monday wake up that there are unqualified specialists working. Do not waste your time

Not a fan how this place operates. Deceptive, payment options are very limited. Very busy so appointments are at least a week out.

Wow. Its so hard to make up my mind with all of the bad reviews. The two things I see they all have in common is no parts so they can jack up the price and long wait times not is in hours but days or weeks. What should I do Frightliner because I have one of your trucks that no one seems to be able to fix and I am scared of taking it to the one place that should be able to fix anything on there 100k$+ truck!

They tell you have appointment for 02/21/19. Then tell have to wait another week. They need to get there shut together

I had called ahead to ask if they could diagnose a shifting concern on my 1998 Diesel motor home with an ALLISON transmission and I was told that they could so I dropped it off, after a few days that let me know that they could not help me due to the age and referred me to another shop.
No charges were made to me.

It was cleaned and well laid out. My only complaints was they didnt have a part for my truck and the alternative was marked up 6 times more than what autozone was selling the same product for.

Worst place ever, don’t ever bother to bring your truck, wasted the whole week for very minor problem. Plus they don’t work on Saturday or Sunday! This dealership is 0 star for sure

These guys are the absolute best with their service. They communicate every step of the process and we could not be happier with the service!

Truck went in for a simple fix. Freightliner seems to have no parts on hand and can't fix but one thing at a time. After 11 days in a motel waiting on Freightliner, I left the company and the truck and went home. I have never seen a company so slow to repair anything. This is the last place I would recommend to service or repair anything.

They are good. Have service from 8 a.m to 9 p.m. Warehouse has a big square and if you need some parts for Freightliner truck you can got it here.
