Frey's Greenhouse, Lancaster PA

This was the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. The workers never asked if I need assistance but made sure to keep to "watching" my family. Now I understand why smaller business close because I definitely got better service at Lowe's.

I love the selection if plants here! The selection of native indigenous perrenial plants as well as popular seasonal varieties makes this a worthy stop as you are brightens your home!

They are not very diverse, The kind of place that likes to fill one entire row in an entire Greenhouse with the exact same plant it's kind of sad actually

A gorgeous place to shop! They serve free hot chocolate and have a fire pit to stand around. Great customer service!

I shop at Frey's in Lancaster at least 12 times out of the year for my job and my garden at home. I Love the Family that runs it. The nicest people you will ever meet. All questions are answered, suggestions are given if you aren't quite sure what you're doing. Thank you Frey's?

This was a great choice. I am late getting my garden started. Passed by Frey's on the way home. Decided to stop in and see what was left. Selection is getting picked over but still lots of good stuff. What they lack in quantity, they make up in quality. I'm excited to get the plants in the dirt. They look healthy and very reasonable prices.

I’ve been shopping here for years. Frey’s has the highest quality products, the best service and the most enjoyable shopping experience for all things garden and seasonal decor. I’ve never been displeased with anything I bought (and I’m picky). Local experience, unique and just delightful for individuals wanting to saunter and be inspired as well as for the whole family (my children love the place and always want to join me when they hear I’m going). The place is always super clean and of course decorated to inspire. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Stopped in for the first time this spring, looking for help with herb selection and hanging plants. Nice selection, but had difficulty finding someone to assist me. Have stopped in now five times but only made a purchase on one visit. The other times I got frustrated trying to get help so I left and visited a different local business. Was in today, nobody around to help. Cashiers just watching me and other customers looking around for somebody to help us. No service, no sales.

I feel so fortunate to live close to Frey's. Their selection, knowledgeable staff and prices cannot be beat!

Best place for Christmas Trees! Friendly, helpful, decent prices, always nice products in nice condition
