Excellent customer service. Drop off at 7: 30, requested it back by noon, received phone call at 9: 30 it was ready. Had a safety inspection, emissions testing, oil change and tire rotation done.oh and a car wash. Very pleased.

Family owned business that still cares about their customers! After a long search for a new Yukon, Derek and his team were able to make the magic happen. It was evident that he truly cared about more than someone checking a box for a review and wanted to go above and beyond to make things right. After a series of circumstances, Derek and Scott went above and beyond to work with my hectic schedule and hold the car until I could make it in for the trade. Not only did I challenge them with the deal timeline, but I also accelerated taking delivery and they bent over backwards to make it happen. Scott called me in advance, knowing I was driving ~2 hours, and put his personal plans aside to make sure I was taken care of. The finance team was very well prepared and made the process very efficient once I got to the dealership. Because of COVID and I was working from home permanently, I was unable to use all of my oil changes that I paid for in advance. Because of a government law, I have lost out on three of my oil changes due to the contract expiration date and the fact that my car has sat since March 2020 - seems like GMC could have been a little more lenient due to COVID. Just another corporate company taking advantage of the consumer.

We had a wonderful ordering and then buying experience with our new GMC Canyon from Freysinger Buick GMC. I had to take my 2021 GMC Denali in for some warranty work from their service department. The service was very good and the communication was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner and done correctly. As long as I have a GMC, I will be taking my vehicle here for all of the service work and warranty work in the future.
