I recently used Friendly Movers for my relocation, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The team was efficient, professional, and took great care of my belongings. I was so dreading moving. But I had an incident that made it imperative. These guys were honestly the best. They were great about keeping me updated on their arrival time. They were efficient in how they removed my items. They secured it all better than I expected. And they also got my stuff into the new place faster than I expected. As many horror stories that I have heard about moving companies, these guys disproved them all. I will recommend them to anyone I know and will absolutely call them again next time I move. Worth every penny.

I appreciate that Friendly Movers were available on short notice and flexible when there were issues with the utilities at my new home. The price I was quoted was also very reasonable and the charges were clearly explained. Everything did get from one place to the other without issue and upon unpacking, I have only found one item broken (and it was probably my fault for not packing it properly).
I will say that the movers were not rude, but I don't think I would call them friendly. In past experiences with a different moving company, the team introduced themselves and were very compassionate about how stressful moving could be - which I appreciated so much. That was very much not the case with Friendly Movers, I almost felt I was inconveniencing the staff.
During loading, I was told that they were not expecting me to have so much stuff (though I had given a rough inventory when booking the job) and it may not all fit in their truck. They could either make a second trip or pack what they could. At one point during the move, one guy said, "You know this is going to be a lot more than you were quoted for, right? " Not really what you want to hear when you are already stressed out from moving!
All and all, not rude or incapable by any means, but definitely room for improvement. Probably would look elsewhere should I ever have to move again.

We moved from a 3-bedroom to a house about 30 minutes away. The moving crew was prompt, quickly explained everything they needed to do, got to work, and made our move go much faster and smoother than expected. We had pets in the house and the crew was fantastic with them. The crew was very friendly to us. We were so happy with the outcome and highly recommend this service. My crew from Friendly was indeed friendly but also super professional, careful, thorough, and attentive to details. Perhaps most importantly, they take their responsibility for their client's belongings seriously. Somehow, in my move, one of my Bowflex adjustable weights was damaged and no longer worked. This is an item that costs several hundred dollars. The lead for my crew, Mike, came back to the house after I texted him about this, took the item, fixed it himself, and returned it a few weeks later. The price for my move was more than reasonable too. I do NOT give five stars as a matter of course. These guys earned five stars. The only drawback is that they are not truly full service movers in that they do not offer packing services as well. But they are very good at reassembling anything that they have to take apart to move it.

Friendly Movers made our apartment move so much easier! The crew arrived promptly and were so efficient at loading/unloading our belongings. They took great care when moving furniture or fragile items. The three movers were polite, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Friendly Movers were fantastic on my recent move. Deb at the office was helpful and organized, and accommodated a change in schedule a few weeks before the move. The crew that showed up to work on moving day were great - they came on time (even a bit early, which I liked), they were genuine in wanting to be helpful, they were friendly and polite even though one of my neighbors was not terribly polite to them, they took care with my belongings, and they got the move done fast even so.

This is my second time using Friendly Movers - first time was a smaller job - and I will keep recommending them.

BEST MOVERS IN THE WORLD. I have friendly movers for 6 moves now (Mike for almost all of them so is the ABSOLUTE BEST). They are so hardworking, get the move done so fast and literally so friendly. My last move was to a 3 story townhouse with a lot of really heavy pieces in tight stairwells. They didn’t even get a mark on a wall. Did amazing and got it done so fast. Can’t say enough good things about them. They take such good care of your furniture.
