Friendly Nails & Spa

I went to this salon because my was closed on Sunday and this place did not disappoint. The woman who did my nails did the most perfect job like I’m obsessed with them definitely coming back there!

Thought I had found the perfect salon, but not after my most recent visit. There were gnats everywhere, and nothing was sterile. They didn't even clean my pedicure chair, just sprayed it with disinfectant. Stay away

Service seems to have gone down since a few people leaving. I’ve tried to continue but, the pedicures are rushed and just not as relaxing or pleasant as they used to be. Not sure if it’s lack of staff. But the lash tech is great.

I’ve been a customer for years and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Polly always gets me in and out quickly and is very friendly personable and remembers everyone. Yana can do every design you’ll find online and have you all set for any special occasion. I recommend them highly.

The are normally always open when other places are closed. Very affordable. I must say that they do not always listen to exactly what I want.

I went there for the first time today. I had not had a manicure/pedicure in quite some time and was a bit embarrassed by the state of my nails. I've been in this position before as at times, I cannot afford to keep my nails up. I've gone to other salons in the past and have felt humiliated by the staff speaking another language and laughing - feeling like they were laughing at me. Perhaps, I was paranoid and took things the wrong way. Today, however, I was so relieved to feel respected and felt so comfortable. Nick and Paula did a wonderful job and I am sure to return.

Had an awesome experience today for a pedicure. The massage was amazing and just what I needed. He took time to help me keep my nails in top shape! Definitely would go back!

I had an appointment for Nov 23 that I made the week before n when I arrived the person to do my nails was doing someone else's n they said my name wasn't in the book They wanted me to wait come back later or another day. The customer getting done was getting her gel nails off n it would've been a long wait. I was told to return at 5. My appointment was suppose to b 3: 30. I left came back. My nails were then refilled in 30 mins n painted. They were done too quick. Then the hand massage was with a wet cloth n barely a dot of lotion. Today my nails feel like a couple of them may lift up. Im not happy n others also been complaining.

I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to give him something the lady with the long claw Nails is the worst person ever she did my nails horribly and then gave me an attitude telling me that she did nothing wrong well I have pictures you did do something wrong I shouldn't have to leave a nail salon with nail polish all over my hands

I have never been to a place where they have rushed on my nails they were not busy either and I have not had these for even a week and one is already cracked the design on some of the nails were rushed and does not the same as the others she missed a spot as well she also kept nicking my fingers my fingers hurt afterwards and yanking on my hand I don’t get it it was horrible experience for me
