Friendly's, Wilkes-Barre PA

I just left here. I went to order ice cream. No greeting. No one took my order. After 5mins of standing in line I left. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

TO MANAGEMENT! ITS THE RESTAURANTS JOB TO BUY HOT SAUCE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT IT. STOP MAKING YOUR SERVING STAFF BUY IT WITH THEIR OWN MONEY! I as a customer shouldnt need a server to buy me hot sauce for my breakfast. THATS YOUR JOB SO DO IT! And for the record. I asked for hot sauce and there wasn't any. Thanks for not having a basic condiment.

Food was terrible. Prices are off the wall. Pancakes tasted like they were a week old and turned my stomach. Sausage was cold. Coffee tasted like cardboard. My son's French Fries were overdone and tasted like they were cooked in month-old grease. Very unhappy and won't be coming back to this place any time soon

Hawaiian stir fry was delicious, fish and fries great as usual, BLT was quite skimpy, very little bacon or lettuce. Staff was friendly as always.

Great friendly service. Though food is over priced and the pictures on the menu are very misleading. Do better folks.

Seemed disorganized. Our server forgot our appetizers, we asked for to go Milkshake who was ignored and served in glass bowls then we had to wait another 15 minutes to have melted Milkshake to go. I also had to ask for the lobster special since that menu was not served to me then they were out of the special advertised. Other then that the food were OK. I will give them another try. I want to believe they were chort on staff

The service was very slow and the food was just okay. We had two salads, two sandwiches, and two ice cream sundaes (one was free with a coupon) and our bill was almost $65! Friendly's used to be reasonably priced, we won't be back anytime soon.

Not crowded but an unusually long wait for a chicken wrap. Then. Another long wait for our check. May very well be the reason we don't go there often. However, we have had much quicker and friendlier at other locations.

Was there last night for dinner took a long time for food to come even though only 3 booths in use.waitress was not focused with not bringing utensils until after coming with food & she forgot my husband's salad which should come before the food and she was already coming asking if we wanted dessert while we were still eating the meal. Then leaving scrounging for change the manager since the register would not open screen frozen. Prior to covid this location was the really good but this was our second time since reopening from covid not impress with the service. Food was okay but out of ice tea & croutons for salad & lobster pasta and the lobster pasta had bread not toasted like advertises

I was disappointed with the Caesar salad.
They did not use the correct type of lettuce.

The owner did post after my complaint.
What else can I say, A Caesar Salad is just 4 ingredients.
Romani lettuce, dressing, cheese and croutons.

Best food i’ve ever had. Staff is amazing very friendly and love joking around! The young girl fountain is the best! The ice cream she makes look incredibly delicious!

Excellent, courteous, prompt service with a smile. Always good food. Got the All American Burger. Recommended.

Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was mediocre. I got an upset stomach immediately after leaving. My son liked his Mac and cheese and ice cream.

My family and I love eating here the food is always good so far never had a bad experience! The place is clean and the wait staff is always (friendly)!

My Daughter ordered two ice creams I called the manager to let her know who ever made the chocolate and strawberry with pineapple strawberries and bananas made it to perfection! I have lived a long life and I have NEVER HAD a better one so if u get this wonderfully Done! I will sto in soon with my very own tip for u …thank u Again God Bless you

My. 4 ice cream took 47 mins to get then they got my order wrong they put it in a cup and not a cone then a young women handed me a cone with no glove on
