I have used Friends To End for a long time. My pet and I have been treated with respect. As long as I have pets and when it comes time to go to the Rainbow Bridge. Fran will take care of cremation of all my pets as needed.
First time using this business. Did not have the bad experience that others had. They were caring and honored our request for leaving our dog's sweater on for cremation. Yes, you only get a tin. But the cost of individual cremation is much higher elsewhere. For pet urns and memorials, I recommend stone art usa.
Although they were prompt in pick up they retrieved our beloved golden retriever in a beat up conversion van loaded with junk and if I remember correctly fishing gear. They also nearly dropped her and had difficulty fitting her in.
Our family dog named Chelsea died on 5/4/20.
Got her back from them just today 5/9/20 at 9: 30 am. My wife was told Chelsea would be in a nice wooden box with her ashes. Instead they have her in a metal tin. What wrong doing for a business in this time of sadness. They're just after others money.
