Dina the secretary. Took all of my information down. As I'm looking to get a lower quote on my car insurance policy! Not only was she super professional, she was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to assist me so the proper people can get back to me with the quote!
I would highly recommend calling them if your insurance on your automobile has been raised due to the inflation!

I called this office and requested my home owners insurance be emailed to me. 3 hours later, I still hadn't received my policy. I called again and informed the lady who answered the phone that I called 3 hours ago but still hadn't recieved my home owner's policy. She said she would send it but she did want to make me aware that we now pay for a landlord policy. This is something everyone that has a policy through nationwide pays for. Its not ok for someone to have to pay for a service they don't use. We live in our home and we do not rent it out like a bnb. We should not be expected to pay a landlord policy if we don't lease our house to anyone!
