Froehlich's Farm & Garden Center reviews
11Very sad to see locals farms get so greedy for family events. $15 per person just to get in. Once you’re in, everything costs extra after that. The activity passes are $25 each. You’re looking at well over $100 for a simple outing for a family of 4. Completely ridiculous. Might as well go to a theme park with these prices.
Went to the Fall Festival and what a rip off! $15 gets you into a field to listen to a guy sing okay music. You pay to "get in" to pay additional money to get drinks and food and then they charge $1 per pound for pumpkins. This is not geared towards adults at all and, even so, it is way overpriced to get in in general. What are we paying for? At least give me a pumpkin with my admission or a smore. And the pumpkin field isn't even an actual field. It's just pumpkins taken from one place and laid out randomly. Wasted money today to stand around and drink an overpriced wine. Would have been an okay event if it were either $5 for admission or if you got something with the $15 fee. Been to other places where you just pay for whatever activities or vendors are at the festival and there is more to do.
Big thanks to Ani from Froehlichs. She helped my wife and I design a custom shed and she made the entire experience very easy. The Shed came out exactly how we planned it and we love it. I recommend Froehlichs because they have been a pleasure to work with, they deliver quality products and they have fair prices.
At Froehlich Farm my 3 and 5 year old had a ball. Last Sunday we attended their annual Easter egg hunt and we were in for a treat. $15.00 admission included 10 eggs filled with candy, a petting zoo, play on Huge slide, pics with the Easter bunny,
play in 2 huge moon bounce houses, fire pit, s’mores with the family, etc.you had to pay for food, beer, pony ride, food for petting zoo, and popcorn! This was not an event to miss. Check their site for other upcoming events.
Went for the Easter egg hunt and it’s very overpriced for what you get…. Most of the eggs were already opened from other kids.the petting zoo they had the animals were so scared and I felt horrible for them. Definitely not worth the $15 per person. This event should’ve been free.
Our family went to the easter egg hunt with our two children.
We get there and there are so many people, overly crowded. I felt completely saddened and disappointed at the lack of organization. U couldn't find anything the crowds were so long.
I was talking to many other families who said the same thing, way to many people for this easter hunt. There should have been a limited amount of tickets sold for these events.
It was so cold out today which did not help the situation. We did not stay long. Growing up with froelichs. I expected a lot better!
Won't be doing this again. Sad
Attended Easter Event here today. Poorly organized. Employees not certain of what was included /excluded with full event ticket price. Egg hunt not enjoyable as employees stocking the eggs not involved. Disappointing and not worth the money!
Warning, strong toxic smoke and chemical odors emit from this property, non-stop. Neighbors in the area complaining, contacting police and fire dept, DEP, etc. Local school was evacuated due to overwhelming odor. Business owners claim they are doing no wrong. Look at the attached photo with air quality readings and smoke billowing off the piles of mulch. Not environmentally friendly, and DANGEROUS!
Best farm in the area. The fall fest has so much to do and is reasonably priced. My kids loved going here. Lots of good pumpkins and gords to select from. The winter fest is on a smaller scale but such a nice time. Plenty of activities for younger kids and usually there is a beer or wine truck plus other food truck selections. Nice trip for any holiday season.
We went for Halloween. Way overpriced for what you get. Similar price ($25 a head) for much larger farms with more to do. The hayride was nice, but short. Attached is a picture of their "corn maze". Their pumpkin picking patch was literally loose pumpkins laying on the ground. There a way better options not too far away.
