Froio's Lawn & Landscape, West Chester PA

The team at Froio's always does an amazing job! They respond in a timely manner and take care of our requests every time we call. Excellent customer service. I worked with Krista and she was so polite and nice to work with. Definitely knows her business. Will continue to use this company and as a Property Manager, I will keep them on my go to Vendor list!

Above and Beyond...
I am from Texas and recently visited family in West Chester. Their yard was amazing, and I spent a good amount of time walking around taking pictures of the different landscape features and beds! They told me that Froio's Lawn & Landscape had built the planters and took care of the beds and landscaping. So... After returning to Houston we decided to send a nice plant to our family as a thank you for their hospitality. The Problem... I could not find what I was looking for at any of the local West Chester florists. The Solution... Remembering Froio’s, I called them and explained what I was looking for. Krista quickly solved my problem! She knew our family and their property and quickly suggested a few types of plants that would work with their outside porch décor. They placed the plant in a beautiful Malaysian planter and offered to deliver it immediately. The Above and Beyond... I asked Krista to include a short note from us. Krista went out and bought a Hallmark card in which to place our note! Who does that? Amazing service! Did I mention that they are landscapers, not a florist shop? They exceeded all of our expectations! These folks do quality work and provide those little extras without being asked. I wish they worked in Houston!

Nick and his team did a great job putting in a new paver patio for us. Their attention to detail and project management were excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome and their follow-up once the work was complete. We recommend Froio’s for any of your hardscaping needs.

We had a great experience with Froio’s landscaping and would highly recommend them! We were in desperate need of landscaping around our house, and after reaching out to a few local companies we decided to go with Froio’s because of their responsiveness, attention to detail, and fair price. Nick came out just days after our initial call and had an estimate to us within a week. When we had questions/requests about the plan he came back out to clarify and make sure we were all on the same page. Krista was very responsive and kept us posted on the plans and worked hard to get our project scheduled and completed prior to an event we were hosting. The team arrived on time and were professional and diligent workers. I was amazed at what they were able to complete in a day. The plants and design turned out beautiful. The team cleaned up beyond what I expected around our yard and the mulching and everything looked perfect when they were finished. We are thrilled with our new landscaping and very happy with the great service Froio’s provided.

They do the landscape service for our condominium over 10 years unfortunately.
I love to garden and plant flowers in my littles yard. For years, I've asked them not to touch it.

And for years, they done damage to my garden starting with cutting half of the rose bush with all roses blooming and now they cut specially ordered flowers which I planted just next to my wall to protect the plants from these “florios”. The workers are so unprofessional, careless and unresponsive. Who wants service with people who don't care, don't listen and constantly damage your yard? !? !?

Frios has mowed my lawn for years and they have been fantastic. Last year they replaced the grout in my back yard slate patio. For what ever reason, it did not cure well and was peeling out. They kindly repsonded to my concern and redid it for me and it looks great. The staff is kind and wants to please!

Poor service on billing and timing of doing lawn fertilizing. They were very spotty as done by hand spraying versus machine and did not resolve problems we had with long. Over priced compared other services and type of quality service obtained overall.

I saw their sign in a yard driving to work. I needed leaf cleanup. I went to their website and submitted a request for service. I received a prompt reply, had a quote within a day, and they executed the work order with great quality. All around good value, and so easy to work with. I'll contact them again 2020 for various landscaping services.

I was SO happy with them! I am REALLY picky about my garden - I have worked so hard to achieve a certain look, utilize native plants, etc.so when I called them up to do a big maintenance (do a hard cut-back on shrubs and bushes, trim trees, pull up weeds, pull out some plants, plant a few big items) I was nervous. I'd hired landscapers before who have absolutely butchered my yard, pulled up expensive plants, etc. They took so much time and care and thought in their work, and it looks FANTASTIC. They really listened to my concerns and worked with me. A+!
