Amazing customer support! I purchased a pair of Lotto tennis shoes. They were defective. I spent 3 weeks jumping through hoops to get a resolution through Lotto directly. They were not helpful. I then contacted Fromuth customer support and feared that it had been too long to resolve the problem since it was like a month after the purchase. To Fromuth's credit. They were absolutely great to work with and very responsive. They sent me a free return label and a new pair of shoes! Thanks Fromuth!

I have been a fromuth customer since 1987. When I was in NY if I ordered a racquet for a customer by 4pm it arrived at my proshop the next day. Was as cheap as ordering from Wislon, Prince etc. Despite moving to Texas I still order from them. Obviously it does not arrive as quickly but over 34 years (if my math is right) they have provided great customer service. I am sure it is the same on the retail side.

It's worth driving from western Lehigh Valley. Fromuth offers a great selection of tennis gear, as well as racquets, paddles, shoes, and equipment for other racquet / paddle sports.

We visited last Fall on the recommendation of friends near us who play in tennis leagues. My oldest daughter wanted to change tennis racquets, but wasn't sure of her best options. Fromuth's loaner program was the key. The sales associate offered some general guidance, and recommended a range of three racquets to begin her research. Nice that Fromuth offers so many options, which at the time included: Head, Wilson, Babolat, Yonex, and Volkl. She went with the Wilson Blade.

Not only did she find a good one, but she is confident that it is the RIGHT one for her current game. We also learned the nuances across several different frames. They truly are different, and it was helpful to get beyond the metrics and recommendations by experiencing this. I'm only sorry that we didn't do this earlier in her high school tennis experience.

I liked it so much that this Spring, I went back to upgrade my racquet. Same experience. And, I found a good fit with a Volkl.

The staff made the purchase process easy. Very easy to work with, and friendly. I consistently have felt like they were there to make my life easy.

I was having some issues ordering thru the website so I called their customer service and he was able to put the order in for the shoes I need for my daughter. Now for the delivery to get here in a few days. Great experience and will definitely be back when she needs other gear for tennis.

Tremendous company to work with. When you call, you immediately talk to an actual person! Their 2 day shipping is great and they are always patient in answering all questions. Our tennis team has used them for 4-5 years and hopefully a lot longer. Their best quality is their personal approach.
