Had an issue with a print frame and brought it here. Alexa was very kind and helpful and had it fixed in no time. Will be back!

I am so pleased with my frames. The team did such an amazing job guiding me through the process and working within my budget. I had a great conversation with the owner and learned that they framed the award of Bruce Willis’ character featured in the opening scene of The Sixth Sense. So cool!

Quality work. Friendly people. I rely on experts to suggest what is best based on where it will hang. They come through. I get museum quality framing, and they always do a great job.

I literally couldn’t have had a better experience. From investigating possible frame options for my one of a kind piece, to personally picking up and dropping off my precious Gracie panel, Alexa exuded thoughtfulness and customer service of the highest order. I truly can’t recommend her highly enough! Her prices are way better than other local shops and I’m telling you—she REALLY cares. 10/10 would come back to her for my framing needs and would recommend you do, too!

Great visit to the frame shop today. They were able to custom cut glass to a frame that I built and had me in and out within 30 minutes. I'll be returning

Frugal Frames is amazing, Alexa gives really helpful suggestions as you pick a frame and they are so quick with turn around time! We’ve gotten a few different things framed here and it makes a whole room come together.

They're always looking to make the customer happy. I've had multiple items framed here and they always pay attention to detail. One frame was delivered from their supplier a different variation in color and they called to re-order no questions asked. 100% would recommend to a friend. They're a great local business.

Definitely recommend! The woman who works here (I think her name is Alexa) was so nice and helpful. She picked a frame for my artwork that complements it so well and is something I never would have thought to choose on my own- I am so happy with the results! The turn around time for my chosen frame was very fast (< 1 week), although timing she said is heavily reliant on supply of the frame (mine happened to be in stock). Custom framing is not cheap, but I felt like I was getting the best price for the quality and care I received and was much happier with my consultation at Frugal Frames than I was at Blicks.

I just picked up my piece and hung it, and couldn’t wait to write a 5-star review of Frugal Frames! They were fantastic at showing me all of my framing options and letting me take my time to make my selection, and the final product is gorgeous. With Covid everything is taking a little bit longer than usual, but I had no problem waiting 4 weeks for the framing of a piece I’ll have forever, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely use Frugal Frames again!

We've gotten multiple pieces custom framed with Frugal Frames and have had wonderful experiences each time. They are patient and creative in deciding on what to do with each piece and the end result is always excellent. Cannot recommend more highly!

Alexa was patient, knowledgable, and extremely helpful in selecting the best combination of matting, and framing. I am so happy that I chose this shop over the alternatives, at the end of the day my work looks fantastic, and I learned so much in the process.
