I understand the premise of your existence yet when you don't give people specifics of the information that you require to get people back to work, don't expect a lot of praise. A huge run-around, lost pay and lost time could have averted if you would have been specific from day 1.

Cluster (foo) from the word go. Not impressed with the service or the results. Lost 2 weeks of pay because of their lack of oversight.
