I had a great customer service experience. I had an issue with an item, and not only did they replace it, but they got the lot number from me so they could make sure that the problem that I had wouldn’t continue on to other customers.

I placed an order for 2 shirts for my son and I had a promo code I had forgotten to enter at checkout. I contacted their customer service department and Gail was phenomenal. She was so quick and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I got the promo. Excellent customer service and excellent company.

I recently started ordering from fun and function and the company’s is the best of the best! I’ve found products in my sizing since I’m an autistic adult. They have answered my questions very timely manner and called back to see if there was still a problem in my account. The company has had a large selection of sales recently and I been buying a bunch of sensory stuff! There products are on sale through the year other companies don’t do the sales or have coupons for holidays like Father’s Day etc.fun and function is my new place that I will be continuing to order from as the items are much better compared to other companies I’ve ordered from that were small fidgets that don’t really make a difference. A few of the products I love are the sensory bean bags and bin the nautical fidget set the cool chews the squishy ball bracelets and the just slime I absolutely love so many wonderful products I would give this company 100 stars ️ they are best in the industry for sensory products and have the largest selection of products that make a difference! I am happy will be ordering soon again.

For those of you who remember what Customer Service is supposed to look like. Look no further! Ms. Greenberg was pleasant, professional, helpful and timely when assisting me with the application of my organization's tax exempt status before I placed an order.

Ordered a sensory brush and never received an email saying it shipped nor did I receive a package as according to the tracking number they sent me after I asked it was already delivered two days ago. Not going to bother with a refund or having another product sent as it was only $12 but definitely not purchasing from them again, I'll just use Amazon.

Fun and Function is an amazing company. I have been ordering from them for 7 years now. They make great sensory friendly equipment, and products for my inclusive children's gym. They have great customer service, are innovative, and provide the necessary tools that promote neurodiversity! Awesome job Fun and Function!

I have a sensory canoe that was purchased from a teacher wish list. My students love the "hug" they get from taking a break in the canoe. Sadly one section sprung a leak. I was blown away with the support from Emily. She had me provide the necessary information to get a replacement out the next day. It is worth buying from the best! Thanks Fun and Function! Excellent customer service to match great products.

I emailed on a day when the company was closed for religious observance. Nevertheless, I received a reply in less than 24 hours and the matter was resolved quickly.

In this day and age it is difficult to get true customer service. That is NOT the case with Fun and Function. They have literally held my hand through a very complex order for our students and I cannot thank them enough for their patience and effort each representative has put forth. I would recommend this company and will definitely be using them again on our next equipment order.
