I bought a table set in 2022 and they offered me insurance which I paid for because I have a child, it turns out that the material of the chairs was damaged and I called to have them fixed and the man who assists me tells me that I do not qualify for the fix of my chairs, so I don't understand what the objective of selling insurance is, only to steal the money of the people who work with great sacrifice to obtain comforts for our family, the other was that on 09/15/2023 I bought a set of room which they told me would arrive in 2-3 weeks and it turns out that I have almost a month and my furniture has not yet arrived, I do not recommend buying in that store

Ordered over 6k worth of furniture on 6/3/23,4 bedroom sets with a mattress and box springs set for one of them and a sofa and love seat. Paid for delivery only to find out that when they delivered it that I had to pay $125.00 for each set, another $500 on top of the 6,100k I had already paid. JOSE AND NATASHA NEVER MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS A SEPARATE ASSEMBLY FEE. I assumed that the delivery fee covered assembly, just like other big names have done when paying for delivery. When I called the store and spoke to Jose, he said that I signed a wavier saying that I refused assembly. This was NEVER explained to me at the time of signing for delivery that I had to pay for assembly, he suggested if I want it assembled that I would have to pay the assembly fee and they would have to come back another day. Shady business practice and it seems like it's not the first time they have done this. Spend over 6k and they still nickel and dime you, go elsewhere, NEVER AGAIN and I'm telling everyone to steer clear.

Honestly they have better prices than other furniture shops if you have cash handy
