Furry Friends Animal Clinic reviews
17Friendly and efficient staff, ultra clean environment, and patient veterinarian. All is well that ends well. Pet feels the same way, wants to go back for some of those biscuits on the counter.
Worst vet experience ever. Had to take my dog back 2 times after his initial surgery because they didn’t stitch him properly the first time. They tried to accuse my dog of “getting at it” when he most certainly did not. It was just their terrible stitching job. The first time they gave him dissolvable stitches on a huge wound and the second time they did it where they all popped out the second he moved his leg! You might think you’re getting a good deal with their pricing, but that’s because they’ll have you back paying again and again. As well as the way the treat the animals is as if they’re not even living creatures. I will never give my money to them again and I can assure you that you shouldn’t either!
I just had my 9 yr.old Lab in to have a tooth extracted. Doc has also treated my boy due to Lyme disease. She is an exceptional lady and really cares. This is a great place for pet care and this place is not only after the big bucks. I'm thankful to have found them.
This place is horrible. It looks shady, the employees aren't very nice. They keep having me back every month for things they could do in one visit, obviously so they can charge me an additional appointment fee, just overall not impressed with anything here so I switched.
I called Furry Friends for an appointment for my cat. I told them we needed someone to see her because she has a sore that won't heal They told me it would be about 4 to five weeks before they could see her. I told them I would call them back if I cannot find another vet who can see her sooner because I was afraid to let the sore go any longer.
After calling around I found only one other vet that could see her within three or four weeks. So I called Furry Friends back and asked them wat was the soonest I could get my cat in and they HUNG UP ON ME! What more do I need to say?
Started going to Furry Friends because I heard good things and didn’t like my previous vet. First time I was there was OK. Second time, I took my pregnant dog in and she has some anxiety no biggie but when I can hear them yelling at her because she wasn’t doing what they wanted her to do was a bit ridiculous but I knew she was scared. Last time I was in, I had taken the puppies in to get their shots and checkups. The vet was very rude, screaming at the puppies because they weren’t being still, they weren’t swallowing the pills. Telling the dogs they were bad dogs, it was a horrible experience. I thought she was about to kill the one pup but slamming the pill pusher down its throat. Let’s just say for all the yelling and irritableness of the vet, I AM NOT GOING BACK! Worst vet experience of my life! She did not care at all about those puppies!
All those five star reviews are probably fake, coming from friends and neighbors because this clinic looks shoddy and the people runing it are rude.
If your kids are your kids, and your pets are just that, This is the place. No guilt trip for not being able to afford something, like at some other vets.
My sister's dog was constantly itching. Took Bruno to be seen and of course he has allergies. The staff were all amazing! He's shy/alert and skittish with new people. They gave him an allergy shot and his rabies booster. The vet was a pro with him. We will definitely be going back to them as needed.
I just called for an appointment as a new patient for my dog.they were not very friendly said they didn't have any openings so I better just keep calling around to other veterinarians until I found one. They seem fairly highly rated but weren't very helpful to me. Apparently they don't need more patients.
Took great care of our Pommie (KikiDee) and we
were not regular patients.we will be back.
It was our 1st visit to this animal this animal clinic and we were very blessed we're very blessed by all The kindness and sensitivity. We definitely will share with others. And we definitely will return.
This is our new veteran clinic love the staff and their love and knowledge with our furry friends
Do not take your pets here! Dropped off twin kittens here for a routine spay. The first one died before surgery was even performed. She was to have a good life. House cat only. Not enough care was given to this poor baby. They administered the general anesthesia and left her unmonitored. How do I know this? The other twin was given preoperative medication. When we were called and given the bad news they wanted to know if the other twin should have the surgery and of course we opted not to do it. Separate animals-should have had separate operative times. The notes stated "they noticed" the first baby wasn't breathing. Wondering how long it took for them to "notice". They did no preoperative blood work which after speaking with other vets that is a thing (which I was not aware). After the incident, the vet herself did not even come talk to me. Hiding in the back which was very unprofessional and denotes a sense she did something wrong. Sent the vet tech out to do the dirty work. Saddest part of this situation was I had to take the living twin home alone. She began crying and bawling for her missing sibling. They have been together since birth and adopted together for a reason. Neglectful and unprofessional!
The team at Furry Friends are always polite, helpful, and sympathetic in appropriate situations. Their prices are reasonable for the services provided.
I love this Veterinarian and the Veterinary Assistants who work there. I can't say enough good things.
We love Furry Friends. They've been so good to my boy Meatball over the past 5 years.
