FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, Mechanicsburg PA

I had total knee replacement in September. Prior to my procedure, I talked to a lot of people and explored my options for Physical Therapy. Jose’s name came up several times with rave reviews. Six weeks before my surgery, I met with him for Prehab at which time he took range of motion measurements and provided me with muscle strengthening exercises to prepare myself for the procedure. Three days after my surgery I started physical therapy. Jose challenged me to reach goals that matched my determination. He took the time to hear my specific needs and fine tuned my exercises to include some extra strength building. He provided me with the skills to heal and maintain my new knee. My knee feels great! I’m back to walking the dog with confidence, and I don’t hesitate to take the stairs. Thank you, Jose and the Fyzical Team. I’m so glad I made this choice.

I completed the physical therapy aquatic protocol for lower lumbar pain. There were 3 therapists who I saw. Each one was very attentive and listened carefully to what I said and adjusted the exercises accordingly. Staff was top-notch in that they listened to my daily report of pain and activities and also had a great sense of humour and were willing to chat about non-therapy subjects. The front office staff was amazing from the initial phone call to answering questions as time went on. There were no billing issues and they were very accommodating with appointments. I met some other staff members who helped with my therapy. They all try to help one another to give the best care possible. I would DEFINITELY recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for quality care. Thank you just does not cover the gratitude I feel and getting well and knowing this staff!

Paid over $220 just to be told they can't find me in the system and thereis nothing I can do because they got new computers and I waited too long. Covid happened and I was incapacitated due to long-term health issues. I will NEVER recommend this place again unfortunately.

It is a great place to get your aquatic exercise with assigned coaches to help with proper exercises. Good experience. Wish our insurance would cover this network!

I came in kicking and screaming not wanting to do it. I met with Dr. Pink and by golly if I don’t go a day I’m sad she’s good for the soul she’s good for the physical movement I’ll never do PT on land ever again.

Fyzical is a great place to get water therapy. The warm water feels wonderful and makes it easier to do therapy. Scot is a great therapist. So kind and helpful.

The therapists are warm and welcoming and good listeners. They are diligent in their assessment and take their time communicating what the best approach is. I’m working with Melissa who is helping me with my lower back pain. She Knowledge and techniques have helped my pain and are very impressive. I went to another therapy place before this and was not happy with the results, glad I went with my gut and tried Fyzical Therapy!

It has been a truly exceptional journey for my ACL/meniscus rehabilitation at Fyzical. The therapists, Melissa, Claire, and Kenzie have been outstanding in their guidance and support throughout my progression. I am now 10.25 weeks post surgery and I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my physical abilities. The highlight of my experience so far has been incorporating dynamic movements and balance exercises in the pool, which have helped me to replicate real-life sports movements without the risk of re-injury. The therapists are strict in following my rehabilitation protocol, but they are also flexible and understanding when it comes to making small adjustments to cater to my specific needs. I am grateful for the wonderful experience and progress I have made at Fyzical and would recommend for any sports related injury.
