21Jerome was amazing! Literally all the workers there are great. They completely take care of you and make sure you have exactly what you need. I literally walk out of there happier than I walk in every single time!
The GameStop has been relocated close by to the shopping center where IGA and Snipes is located. Unfortunately you can’t see the store from normal traffic because the construction is blocking it, but it’s there. The new store is pretty spacious and filled with the usual games, ThinkGeek merch, and accessories. It almost feels like this store has too much space but I hope it’s because this will be one of the locations that gets revamped with a gaming area and seating.
The most amazing people and family work here, they always help my son and always have him walking out with a big smile!
It’s nice when you can both enjoy achievement unlocked on hudgames and have a cup of coffee in the morning.
Ehh it could use some cleaning. A bit on the loud side. Depends on how you like to spend your time at game stop. Privacy or would you be okay listening to the employees talk amongst themselves. Think about what would be best for you the customer next time you go to Gamestop and spend $75 for a game. How would you prefer to be assisted.
It the biggest game stop i have seen in a while. Friendly very helpful staff. Lots of merch in a clean & organized way. Will go back
Put my game on hold for preowned pick up. Once arrived, they didnt have it in the system or whatever. I guess its not the store fault but still its gamestop fault
This place is a gamers heaven. Any game u can think of, this place usually has it. The employees are usually educated about the games, consoles, etc.instead of the usual "I just work here but know nothing of what I'm charging you for" attitude. They are all nice, courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.
This place hooks me up whenever I need to get a Game for my nephew they were always ready to help and assist.
I been going to this particular GameStop for at least 4 years now, the staff is always really friendly and patient.and given this location for city GameStop is pretty big They have a full section of apparel, figures and board games. I've been to 99% of the GameStops in Philadelphia this is one of my favorites.

Terrible customer service, got treated like absolute sh** the second I walked up to the front register. Mind you the day before at the same exact time I bought a brand new Xbox 1 from this location and multiple Xbox 1 games and a couple Xbox 360 games, the one game I bought for the Xbox was listed as backwards compatible and for 19.99. Nate was the kid at the counter, super disrespectful attitude and full of sh** ripped my reciept completely in half from the top to bottom and played along like he was printing another one out for me and never did just put a round clear sticker to try and hold together two separate huge long pieces of paper with 350$ worth of items on the paper. He then said I wouldn’t need it in the future which is total BS. His speech and way of speaking to his “customer” was absolutely obsurd if you were trying to talk and act like a hoodlum you most certainly achieved it kid. Back to the game issue ~ I bought it and tried to play it but as soon as I popped the disk in the console a error message came up saying the game is not “BC” backwards compat, why would you sticker label a video game as “BC” then put it in a GameStop case with the < “BC” > indicator stating it’s okay to play on the Xbox 1. If the GM or manager sees this I would highly suggest you review your staff and the flow of customer service especially that young lad Nate. Going to lose a lot of customers and money by the way your treating your regulars! I will make sure to NEVER return to this location and will continue to notify as many gamers in our local community of port Richmond as possible! How does it feel to rip off locals that used this store as a #1 go to! Absolute shameful
P. S - I got completely mislead and lied to, I actually called the store before I left just to double check on a couple questions I had. Turns out when I arrived it’s the complete opposite of what I was told? I have been to GameStop’s all over the tri-state (PA, Delaware, NJ, NY) and after all - I have not once been treated so low and unprofessional! I will continue to notify the gaming community of port Richmond/fish town and Philadelphia!
Great place to find old and new types of video games. Don't have too much negative to say about GameStop except that they tend to low-ball people when it comes to trading in items for either store credit or cash. Also, they hand out trade bans left and right without honestly even giving you a fair warning that you're possibly approaching it, I've gotten my fair share for no reason.

This store's staff is laughable alponsono knew nothing and I had to correct him multiple times. When I asked a question about trying to find a game to the lady he was working with, I was told told she doesn't know and couldn't help then proceeded to tell me to buy a switch and smash Bros and walked away.
Never picked up the phone after attempting to call multiple times over the span of three days. Resulted in missing out on a limited run deal because of non-existent customer service.
Answer Y'all phone. Could've had a sale but because y'all don't answer the phone y'all missed out.
Great customer experience at this store! I went in because my Switch dock and controller were having issues and the assistant manager Nate went above and beyond to make sure our issues were solved before we left the store. Very friendly and welcoming employees. Will definitely be coming back!
This location is always hit or miss for me. Half the employees act like children and half are amazing and know what they're talking about.
Keeps me up to date in Gaming technology. Always takes the time of to listen and gives positive advice. One of my favorite stores.
The Employees are Friendly, Relatable, And very very helpful, I've always came to this GameStop and not once have I been disappointed
