7Excellent customer service. Took in an Xbox One S I was trying to trade in and the associate was friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately, I had tried to be a step ahead and had factory reset my Xbox, but that meant it wasn't up to date and we weren't able to demonstrate that the drive worked fine without downloading an update that would have taken too long to do from the store. Otherwise, very much appreciate that the associate was easy to work with despite the extra headache caused by me. I'd definitely be back if I wasn't passing through from being out of state.
Horrible customer service, I had a problem and the tall cashier had a obvious attitude for no reason. I would not recommend.
The guy at the game stop in Greensburg was very helpful. He helped me find the perfect gift cards from my son for his birthday and he told me about a credit that I had for some games that I prepaid for that my son never picked up so actually had a $40 credit and nobody else any other game stop's told me that so I really appreciate this gentleman took his time to help me out today!
I don't frequent the place but needed to get some items for Christmas. I was at 2 gamestops and both employees were very helpful and polite to me.
I wish I would have walked 100 more feet to Walmart so I can buy games there instead. I bought madden 21 yesterday, didn’t like it, and wanted to return today and all the guy could say is “we don’t do returns but I could trade it in for 17$”. Are you kidding me! I PAID 42$ FOR THE GAME AND CANT RETURN IT IN BRAND NEW CONDITION BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED!? !? !? I won’t be coming back to buy games from these guys anymore.
If you desperately need a game that is out (if they have it) go here. But if you can avoid this place in any way, do.
Bought a special edition of a game for a friend abroad. Drove 40 min to this store to pick it up. Was an opened package (not specified beforehand) without the game case. Found out after paying to ship it. Had to drive back. Pick up case and ship it as well. Not even so much as an apology from the employees for the mistake.
Long story short. Go to a different location.
