GameStop, Pittsburgh PA

Had a horrible experience with pre-ordering a game through this gamestop. They gave me the run around 3 years ago and I never got the game or refund. Went In there yesterday explained the situation got my refund in a matter of like 20 minutes

It was great. Nikki told us all of the sales when we walked in and they were having a great deal on clearance items and we were able to pick up several items today.

Awful customer service girl didn't want to do anything. Then App sucks and store won't help redeem points. This GameStop is horrible

Niki woke up on the wrong side of bed. Store wasn’t bad but she ruined the experience by giving attitude towards us.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The minus 2 stars has nothing to do with the staff, this is just a very small location inside the mall and is fairly crammed.

As the the original owner of a 2006 Nintendo Wii, I can gladly say that GameStop had great service when I went to buy Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii. Overall, this is one of the better GameStop locations I’ve been to.

Very friendly and helpful! Store is a bit to small for my liking, but they are in a mall so I can't blame them for that.:)

The Store manager is freaking awesome here, he knows so much and it's obvious he cares enough to hire some decent employees. I think his name is Ron or Roman.

I have gone to many GameStop stores before, some good and some bad. The GameStop at the Robinson Mall is the best one I've gone to. The Manager and their staff went above and beyond to be helpful in guiding me to the right product selection. If you are looking for a GameStop store that will be honest, helpful and will go above and beyond, I definitely recommend shopping at this location.

GameStop is one of the few stores I frequently travel too. But I don't recommend the Mall location first. Obviously it's a bit smaller, so there's less to discover compared to the location by Walmart. It's not bad, not great, just kinda average. If your in the mall it's still worth a visit if your shopping for games, but don't go out of your way to go to this one, when the one next to Walmart is much bigger, with more room to browse and more things to discover.

Always nice and friendly customer service. Product prices are a bit pricey but my kid loves the store.
