Something very shady, possibly even criminal going on in there. I've never once in four years called their posted phone number successfully.

Every time you call barley getting an answer I called 3 times nobody doesn’t pick up the phone. That’s bad service the one on glenwood ave. They say they open on the website but when u go there they also be close idk what’s up with this GameStop store

You can't pre-order the collectors edition of the New Zelda game? It's online only? Why? I asked the woman at front and she didn't really provide a reasonable answer, she was just behaving very rudely

The GameStop is in the odd spot if you are coming from North you will miss it the only way you notice it unless you in front of the store

I placed an order last night it says pick up at 10 am well I get here at 10: 42am and the store is locked up!

The sales person made this visit an absolute delight and they had everything I wanted. I don't often come to this area but this store is often one of the singular reason I visit.

Not to friendly. I thought it might just be the store where I lived yet definitely not true or if you try calling they never answer the phones in Philly. I just never seen so many miserable people working for 1 company.

Best Gamestop that I have been to thus far! I visited this location on 12/15/2021 to pickup a couple Pokemon Christmas gifts for my boys and the store Lead, June, went above and beyond to make my pokemon Christmas presents for my boys extra special! Thank you!

Service was excellent when i went i hope it continues often buisnesses in north philly get a bad rap but these guys were very nice and polite and knew their stuff!

Most friendly customer service ever! They definitely made my day. I bought a used Pokemon game for the switch, and they gave a few things to go with the game. It was phenomenal.

Sold me a second-hand playstation, was missing parts inside: 6 out of 8 memory cards were missing thermal pads.
When you sell second hand stuff, shouldn't you at least check it before you sell it?

Worst customer service ever. Racially profiled by the workers there. And they are black too, bad experience there, long wait time.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful. The manager was walking around assisting people.
