Bought 5 Pokemon Lost Origin boosters today and pulled 1 Vmax, a V, and a TG Pikachu. My best pulls to date from only 5 packs. Everywhere else is completely cleaned out in my area, so I'm happy.

I paid full retail on a pre-order new Kirby game for Nintendo switch and I was called to pick it up because it's only held for 48 hours. Except, I paid for the full amount. The employee who called me spoke to someone and told me because I paid for it in full they will put my copy aside so I can pick it up. That was on Sunday. I went to pick it up after work with my son in Tuesday and it was sold. The manager there told me they were unaware. My issue is that I didn't put down $10. If it's paid in full, what's difference if I pick it up in 2 days or a week. They still got there money. This is why places like this are slowly closing. Poor customer service. The manager showed "0" compassion. I was able to aquire a copy from Amazon Prime the next day. I will not be returning to this branch.

I stopped here for the first time tonight and I was disappointed by the customer service. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and helpful but the woman that worked there tonight looked like she didn't want to be there. She was rude and unhelpful towards me.

I will not be back to this location again.

Was told there was going to be early release today for vanguard at 9pm to 930pm drove all the way to the store to find it close asked multiple times also asked yesterday and was told this very displeased

Wow this place is godawful with stocks. Literally everytime I go there to get something i get an instant "out of stock" from the employee. Its embarrassing that a GAME store doesn't have a game im looking for but target down the street does. A shame really

Horrible place. Lazy employees who think they know everything, except they do not know what to say when they find out you use to work there.then the tone changes.hope they all go out of buisness once everything is digital.

We stopped by to trade in some equipment. Devin was knowledgeable, helpful and refreshingly honest. Not sure who these other reviewers worked with, but we'd go back and deal with Devin any day! Thumbs up to his customer service! Thank you.

Over priced items like ps4 controllers. They sell them for 60 and you can usually get deals on amazon and get them for 40.

Not recommended. On a big game day release, the store was not open at the hours presented on both the door and the website, prompting customers to stand outside in the cold. Normally, I’d chalk this up to shoddy mail service, but since every other GameStop is stocked, I’m going to assume someone in charge simply did not order supply until last minute.

To note: waiting would have been nothing, if only we were allowed inside, since the store should have been open.

Multiple issues with preorders. Unfriendly staff, just refer you to customer service hotline when you have issues. No accountability among employees, will tell you one thing and completely change the statement the next day with no consequence. They may have cheaper prices for used games but the savings aren't worth supporting a business like this. Going with Amazon for games from now on.
