17Ordered online and got a message item was shipping. Didn't want it shipped so tried calling the store 15 times and could not get an answer. Stopped into the store and guy there would not help at all. Will not buy there again ever.
Terrible place closed hour and a half earlier then it should have and it's the only one open at 9, employee saw me trying to open door and laughed. He needs to go for a run.
BEWARE! I have often had great experiences at GameStop and I am a pro rewards member (it’s a great value), but this particular store, and it could just be the particular manager really disrespected me today. I went in to trade in a game and buy 2k16. I also had a 5 dollar coupon for this month, so I added it.
The manager was on a phone call the entire time I was in the store and during the transaction, talking to someone else about how badly he needed to hit his numbers, and how his new hires “sucked. ” I work in retail so I could kind of sympathize, although he shouldn’t have been talking about his other employees like that in front of me.
He then proceeded to think I wouldn’t notice that he put the protection on my game without even asking me if I wanted it. Every now and then I purchase it because I understand working in retail. But never have I had an employee add something to my transaction without asking me. I felt very disrespected, to thinking he thought I just wouldn’t notice is insulting. And I get it was 4 dollars but it’s the principle. That is all I have to say, just beware going to this particular.
The sole worker this day was such a breath of fresh air in the GameStop store culture. A lot of store you walk into have some people who have been there for years and are just going through the motions, and some people take the job super serious and SHOVE the pre-order down your throat. This was a nice, human conversation with someone who cared about more than sales and metrics for the day.
Wasn't open at the correct time listed on the door. When I called salesperson was extremely helpful.
Clean well stocked location with friendly knowledgeable employees. Nothing bad to say at all!
They wouldn't match their own online price in-store. Had to order for store pickup and wait 2 hours for it to be ready in an empty store.
I've been coming to this gamestop since it was set up here. Always a pleasure going there. Just wish they had more 360 and ps3 games.but other than that I love this place.
I went there looking for Xbox 360 games for my son but they didn't have a good selection. I know Xbox 360 are old and so are the games but I'm not buying expensive things for an 8year old but the worker was great and very helpful we just didn't find anything.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Very quick in and out, helped me out with what I wanted and was very kind and patient. Never gone into a GamStop and felt so welcome before!
This location of GameStop it's cool guys here are very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects all things you need please is sometimes busy on weekends but on weekdays you can be in and out within minutes with the help of the employees there no recommend you go to this location if you are in a rush
The employee by the name George employee Id on receipt is 586977 was EXCELLENT his customer service was awesome! We always come to this location and the staff is always so kind and helpful but today George was just excellent providing the best customer service!
Absolutely horrible experience. The manager Dan P is not professional at all. He was rude when I asked about a preorder at his location. I even had an email stating my preorder was available. Offered no assistance and just told me that’s now what his computer said. Told me he doesn’t know what he wants me to do. How’s about call the other store and get the preorder transferred? I’ll never go back to this GameStop. Also please tidy of the appearance of “managers” gross
This store seriously has a mold or mildew problem. It’s the first thing you smell when you walk in. It’s been like this for a very long time and it really goes to show how little management cares about the employees health and safety let alone it smells horrid. Take care of your store and your employees. Surprised none of them have contacted osha.
Gamestop isn't the best of places but the store manager dan will do everything he can to give you a great experience.
This is the best GameStop out there employees are nice selection of amazing everything is epic
The two guys working were awesome and super helpful. Even help track down another item I was trying to find in another store.
