GameStop, Waynesboro PA

I've been to several different Gamestops and love to go to this one the most. I live roughly 30 minutes away from Waynesboro's and still chose to go to this one over ones closer to me. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Trenton and Steven have always gone out of their way to assist me and other people in which I am thankful for. This particular location makes me feel like the staff legitimately want the customers to feel cared about. Thank you for what you guys do. My wife and I will continue coming here!

Steve was absolutely amazing. I came in looking for a gift for my son and he helped me find the perfect gift for him. He was beyond helpful.

Went in to exchange defective controller, had all necessary information for exchange and was within time period. Sales associate Trenton stated he would not do exchange. Asked if there was a way to contact the manager to discuss options, he stated it was inappropriate to give me the managers information. Asked to leave my information for the manager to call me, he stated he was not going to do that either. This associate was one of the most rude and arrogant staff members I have ever dealt with. We will be calling corporate to get the managers information as this is not our first bad experience with this staff member but definitelythe worst. Do not recommend this location until this associate eis dealt with.

I just want to say. I've been having issues trying to get a steam deck through gamestop website. Thankfully Steven helped me ive been struggling for a couple weeks with my pro account. Steven if you read this your the man. Thanks for showing me what the deck looks like in person too, that makes me way more hyped for this thing. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cool stuff here that seems to get restocked frequently.

Why doesn’t this store open before noon? This is the only GameStop I’ve been to that doesn’t open until noon seven days a week. Other locations I’ve been to open earlier on Fridays and Saturdays at around ten if they open at noon for the rest of the week. Some other store’s regularly open at ten. Other than that it’s good store. Hours just aren’t great.

Great pre-owned games and console selection. Decent selection of headsets, joysticks, etc.in-store and online. Good return or exchange policy. Staff knows about the games.
