GameStop, Warrington PA

Says will be open at 11, no one here to open the store… been waiting for 15 minutes. No holiday hours posted at all!

The men are very helpful and they know their stuff. They work with on certain items and very polite and nice I'll go again.

Employees need further training on how to use their system. A few times I went there the kids don’t know how to find an item, issue a refund or honor a warranty. Went back after being given a faulty controller only to be turned away at 620pm. The store hours sign states it closes at 9pm but the worker literally shut the door saying they’re closed. Will be reporting this to corporate.

Outrageous. I’ve been trying to call this store for two hours and no one picks up. They’re open, they’re there. This is insanely unprofessional.

When the old store manager Jack was there, coming here was phenomenal. His professionalism and friendliness always brought me back to Gamestop. Ever since he left, this location has severely gone downhill. Lack of professionalism, inconsistent hours, and uncleanliness makes an overall bad experience. Won’t be back.

Showed up at 6: 00pm on a Friday and the employee told me they were closing. Hours said open until 9: 00. Updating the hours posted online would be helpful.

BEWARE! Worst GameStop ever. Never open on time. Spent 20 mins driving there for an in store pickup only to have them be closed. For 30 mins I waited. Not trying to be a Karen but the few hours I have between jobs should not be spent waiting for someone who may or may not show up to open the store. Either change your hours or unf**k this situation.

Every single time for whatever reason I stop by, the store always has a hand written sign “will open 11: 30” and various other times. This is why your business is failing to be honest. How you keep your doors open lord knows. To anyone reading this just stop by Walmart of target, you’ll never have this type of issue.
