6Worst experience I ever had at a GameStop. We arrived 45 min after the store opened but the door was locked with the sign saying open. The employee inside would not acknowledge us until I banged on the door. They signaled with their hand to wait and went back to working on their computer. When I asked them to come over to talk to them, they signaled no and went back to their computer.
I came to this location on 8/18 around 11am when the store opened. Rori was the employee working and she did a fantastic job! I ended up getting the last copy of a new game that came out today and a customer (group of 2) in line behind me created a huge scene about it and started threatening Rori saying many derogatory terms towards her. Rori acted very professional and did an excellent job at providing service to the gaming/collector community. The customers started yelling at other fellow customers when trying to stick up for the employee and the police were called to deescalate the situation. I had left before the police had arrived, I hope everything went well and I have the upmost respect for Rori the employee.
How are you going to sell me a "new" game, if you're selling me the display case and a game you took out of the drawer. If I brought the same game back 5 minutes later, you wouldn't even accept it back due to it being open. That's extremely untrustworthy, Gamestop. At least other retailers keep their games sealed.
My favorite game store, the clerks are always amazing, helpful, and friendly!
GameStop customer service it's the worse I have experience in my whole life if you tried calling you are gonna have to wait for at least 45 minutes to get a hold of someone and in the end they can't help you with the problem
Place is amazing awesome management and very friendly employees they know what they're talking about and what they're doing for the most part especially for a big percentage of them being new. The store is very clean and the employees are very willing to help. Highly recommend this place to shop at for you're gaming needs! Just a note they might have dropped doordash.
