Staff is pretty helpful, but store hours are horrendously inconvenient & all over the place.
Great store, Mark and the rest of the staff know their stuff and really work to make sure you're happy as a customer.
Customer service is nonexistent. Unless you have a rewards card they don’t care about you at all. This store has always been a rip off but I usually enjoy some of their more unique selections, but this last experience has finally caused me to decide to never shop here again.
I bought a handful of items here three days ago and didn’t receive a receipt. I didn’t think much of it.until I discovered my family had selected the wrong game. I proceed to call the store. They have an automated answering service that hangs up after about five rings. So after 27 attempts I finally get an associate. This associate proceeds to tell me that unless I have a rewards card the only thing I can do is trade the game in for “much less”. I was able tell him the exact time and date of the purchase and present the debit card used for the transaction. This didn’t help. I asked if he could review the surveillance video to confirm I didn’t receive a receipt. He said that still wouldn’t help. I needed a receipt.
Overall this isn’t a big deal. I get that’s how their system is set up, but the overall disregard for me as a customer was shocking. Literally every other retailer offers better customer service. I see no reason to support this business.
Been taking my son to this store for a few years now, the staff is always polite and ready to help with whatever we may be doing that day, shopping, selling trading etc
The store was well stocked and clean but the employee that rung me up didn't seem to know anything about games or the products there.
This establishment is absolutely aeasily if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Logan is absolutely amazing at his job. Everyone there deserves a race if gamestop has more employees like their stocks would go through the roof. Logan is a absolute genius when it comes to everything gaming pokemon related Collectible figurine related keyboard related mouse related stuffed animal related this guy's a genius!
Good workers here, however much they make isn't enough. The people working here are the only reason I even shop at GameStop anymore.
One of our family favorite stores. Staff is great, always very helpful. And knowledgeable! Never a dull moment either, Mark is a great manger. Thankful we still have a game stop in our town!
Sent my spouse in to pick up the new Pokemon: Violet Logan proceeded to be rude because I did not pre-order and not having a rewards card for her to use. This is why I generally order from amazon and not your store to be bombarded with rudeness or begging for pre-orders is not what we as customers find to be fun when purchasing a product. My pre-order was delayed by amazon thus sending her into pick it up till this gentlemen continued to be rude over and over. Will never return to this location this rate. (note: we intended to buy both and a few other titles but she felt insulted from the start by Logan)
