If I could give 0 stars I really would. I was hesitant about getting a preowned console and did. I opened it and HUNDREDS of bed bugs came crawling out. I didn’t have time to take a photo because I had to close and tape it back up but absolutely disgusting.

There’s no way they could not have known about THIS many bugs if they ACTUALLY inspected the devices.

There was bed bugs of all kind of sizes so there’s no way they all just hatched. There was baby bugs and full grown ones.

The worst experience ever and I’m going tomorrow to get my money back.

It wasn't a horrible visit but the cashier was pretty straight faced the whole time and basically just had no expression on his face. He was kind enough to try to locate my account for me but unfortunately when I looked at my receipt my $50 credit will be going to a stranger that happens to have the same last name as mine. He wasn't mean or anything just kind of felt like he wasn't thrilled about anything at all. Credit to him I accomplished what I went there for and it was uneventful, let's say.

Got here at 12: 30 expecting them to not be open as many others have mentioned, and as expected they arent open during business hours.

Multiple times I've come around 3-3: 30 only to find the place closed. It's 3 hours after opening, and no sign is ever posted for when they'll be back. Don't be like me and make reservations here, because you won't know when you can get in if you're on a schedule.

This particular GameStop location needs a new spark/jump. The store hours are 12: 00-8: 00pm. For some reason 3 hours into the shift, there is a sign on the door stating "On break, be back soon. " No time listed on when they will return. Keep in mind I arrived at 3: 00pm and then came back at 3: 45pm considering 45 minutes was long enough. I called 4 times within the 45 minutes I was away. Each time their default phone line says all associates are currently busy helping other customers. Please call back. How many calls a day does this location ignore or miss out on? The door finally was unlocked at 3: 50pm. I picked up the game and waiting and noticed 5 more ignored/missed calls.

Store is supposed to open at noon, I have been sitting here for an hour and the store still isn’t open. Seen about 10 customers come and leave in this span. Last week, I came here around 2 pm and this also happened. Apparently this is reoccurring theme at this location.

I'm not sure what is going on with this place but the store head guy the guy is not a manager or a nice person extremely rude. And will not take my business there anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

I have been to this store 3 times in 3 days & all time this store was closed during normal operating hours. This is a huge inconvenience!

The cashier sam, was awesome. Very informative and funny. Prices were decent and we enjoyed our time shopping in this location.

Their was a gentleman helping me to Lorenzo. He was excellent. Did everything he could to help me. Very nice and patient and professional. Great work ethic and customer service. He deserves a raise. Was taking care of me and about 8 other people.patient and friendly. Thank you so much for your help.

Lorenzo was a huge help with replacing my warranty, went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have too.

Was at store 1-13-22 at 750pm to switch out joy cons for Nintendo switch due to mine being defective on the used switch I purchased a week ago just haven’t had Time to get back to store before that so the guy couldn’t figure out how to switch it out in the computer and said customer service is a half hour Waite and he was closing the store in a half hour told me to come back the next day when the manager is there and I don’t have time to go author schedule. I have a busy schedule myself so I had to order new joy cons online due to GameStop not a able to switch the defective from when I purchased the system

Sam was great! Another Game Stop (absolutely awful) sold me a pre-owned Switch, screen protector, game and protection plan before Christmas. The console didn’t work and the screen protector was the wrong size. Sam’s customer service was great! He got me a replacement console, the proper screen protector and made sure that I didn’t have to use the protection plan so I still have that in the future. This was a gift for my 6 year old son so the protection plan may be needed eventually. Fortunately we were able to get taken care of. Definitely recommend this store!

I went in there to get a Nintendo switch for my son not knowing any of the new gaming systems that are out the gentleman behind the counter got me everything I needed for my kid to be up and running Christmas morning and it took less than 5 minutes.

Guys working there were very knowledgeable and not trying to oversell me like alot of places do. Will be going back to get more games soon.
