GameStop, Erie PA

I spent $300 in this store and the merchandise was faulty and no one would assist in answering my questions. I will never spend another dollar in any Game Stop ever again due to the rudeness and non existent customer service. Atleast the Exchange and Best Buy try to help. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Have called 10-12 times over the course of two weeks to check on stock of certain items and only got them to answer one time. They almost never answer the phone at this location. Pretty frustrating.

Just called six times today in the past 3 hours. Zero calls answered.

A lot if neat used and new games and gaming merchandise among other things!

The service was first class.above and beyond. Plus, he didn't laugh at me when I pronounced it "Dragonballzzz and not DragonballZ"

So I got a brand new game I brought it back the guy said I couldn't get my money back because it was brand new He said that he would give me trade credit I was real mad and then he said he would call his manager or supervisor and see if he could help me out Which he did.and He let me get The full amount that I paid back. If you buy a new game you will not get the full amount of money back once you open it they will only give you store credit And offer to buy it from you For Trade credit But he helped me out so I'm giving him a 5 star today is 10/19/2022 I forgot the employee's name but I will say thank you

Solid selection of games. Always have controllers on hand. Nice and friendly staff

The store was dark and you couldn't see too well. Also I asked about the price of a game and the 1st thing out of the person's mouth was it's gonna be overpriced it's gamestop so they immediately lost a sale.
