Bought a newly built home in Lebanon. Things were missed while building. Things we clearly chose in our personal choice list, they are now going back to say they "do not do that" our foundation painting (despite the fact that we chose the color to paint it) and is clearly stated in our legally binding personal choice list, our Bilco door (which they painted outside) (per the warranty from the manufacturer says must be painted inside and out) they are now saying they will "paint as a courtesy. " We had our 1 year punch list and the work to fix the screw/nail pops was sloppier than just staring at a depression in the drywall. Not the level of quality or service that should come from a company.

Our agent from garman builder lied to us, He said we don’t have to mow our rain garden area in our backyard, HOA will everything but I find out that was a lie from after I talk to HOA. I wish I could give 0 star.

We absolutely love our new home! A special perk was getting a guided tour before we moved in so that we could understand the systems of the house, and know what to do if something went wrong.

I had worked with Garman to have a new home built while I was living in California. The team, including Kristen Hunt and Jill Blank were very easy to work with and were able to address all of my concerns remotely. Stan, the project manager was also a pleasure to work with, answering my many questions and addressing any concerns I have. The fit and finish of the house has been above my expectations and I appreciate the continued follow-up they have had with me; which I think is sadly becoming a rarity with home builders these days.

Buyer Beware! Our master bathroom is falling apart. Literally the grout and tile work is crumbling and they've even had to come and remove tiles and our entire bathroom needs to be redone. Its been 9 months.that includes the tile work in our kitchen and that's not even the top of the list! Buyer beware. They say you have a one year warranty but when your entire bathroom needs to be redone and you literally have written them over 40 emails with things that are wrong with your home and you have a bee infestation in your home that you have to pay for that they literally built into your home and they are coming into your ceiling it's a tad bit unprofessional! It was a great way to move in when we have bees coming through our ceiling like water that we PAID to remove! They still left it open and didn't fix the other side! We even went as far as Hiring Our Own inspector because the amount of things wrong with our home is getting ridiculous! We literally have people come out to "fix"things constantly and we literally just had someone come out today and they still did not fix what we asked for properly. He literally got in the van and drove away without asking if the job was satisfactory for the "warranty. " Of course it's all on camera! Too many photos to upload!

Garman builders is an exceptional group of people who are competent as well as kind and professional. Every person we dealt with knew how to get us the house we wanted. The subcontractors seem to have been selected because they were consummate professionals in their field and willing to do quality work. You should see the electric wires…every wire stapled flat, no unnecessary holes in the framing, it’s even arranged by wire size coming out of the electrical box. This team has been assembled for their competence and values. They have been a pleasure to work with and meet every date we were given. We took possession of our house 3 days early from the projected date that we were given when we selected the lot 8 months earlier. They know what they are doing.

We had a wonderful experience with Garman during our remodel project even though it was during COVID shutdown in 2020! We had our kitchen remodeled and expanded, a side porch added, our patio renovated and all our windows replaced. We love our new improved spaces. So much so that we are getting ready to call to schedule another phase of our home remodel. Everyone was great to work with!
