Save your time, go elsewhere for service. My car has been there since Friday morning for a simple tire repair. On Monday at 5PM they communicate that the tire replacement was ordered too late so it won’t get there and they never even offered a loaner. They kept promising all along that they would get to it as soon as possible. The car is a VW, has less than 10K miles, is under warranty, and I even have the tires and wheels extended warranty. I’ve been managing without the car for 4 days and I can’t get to work tomorrow and they don’t seem to care.

My engine light came on when I was out of town and my car started to giggle and wiggle. Brandon and his crew were able to take me in right away. I just knew it would cost a fortune but they got on the phone with my warranty company and got it all together for me.

This was my first time buying a car from Garnet and I am looking forward to seeing them in the future! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Test driving was a excellent and the staff was knowledgeable about the cars and listened to my needs.

Took my car in for service, the service department was extremely helpful. Unfortunately my car wasn’t worth fixing. They got me in another VW, the whole experience was great. Best car buying experience ever. No complaints at all from service to sales, everyone was extremely helpful, and easy to work with.

Staff were professional but not pushy. They offered a better deal than other dealers in the area for the car I wanted.

I’m only giving them two stars because the man who initially helped us when first walking in was GREAT. But, unfortunately, we were unable to meet with him and talked to a sales manager about three different cars that I was very interested in and had full intent to buy one of them. Said sales manager said one of the cars was priced one price, so we take it home to show my family and get their opinion as this is a big decision for me. After deciding to purchase that car, I was very excited and my hopes were up. When we bring the car back he tells us a different price and insinuates my mom, who was with me, wasn’t telling the truth about the price he had first said. He was unwilling to negotiate whatsoever as the price he gave was overpriced according to any website you look at for market value, which is probably why the car has been selling so slowly (2 months). Due to this we walked away from all three cars and will never be back.
