I called Garrett Hill Auto on Wednesday, 2/17/21 to book an appointment to replace a headlight on my car. The man who answered the phone said "bring it in Friday" - didn't give me a specific time though, and didn't take down my contact details. Thought that was strange but figured maybe they have a lot of openings on Friday for appointments so there would be no problem fitting me in.
Today (Friday 2/19), my husband and I drove in the inclement, rather hazardous weather conditions to Garrett Hill Auto Service. Of course, because they had not taken down my contact details, and also they did not pick up the phone, there was no way of knowing it would be closed until we got there and there was no one around.
I am not impressed by the lack of professionality in not taking down my contact details, especially knowing that inclement weather would be coming and that they might close. It wasted my time during a busy work day. Won't be trying them again.
Great service. Fixed car promptly when broke down nearby and didn't make me tow the car in.
Very poor service i was quoted a price and then got a call that tripled my quoted price. I only paid the quoted price and left. Andy has continued to harass me for his screw up. Ive reported them to the BBB and to the township they scam people and r not trustworthy. My lug nuts were only hand tight not torque tight
I have been coming here for car repair for years now and I have not been disappointed. Their work is always perfect.
Andy and Joe are terrific. They are very thorough and make sure the work is performed correctly. We’ve brought our cars in for new tires, inspection, oil change, nail in the tire, etc for at least the past 17 years. They’ve always been helpful and gotten us safely back on the road. I highly recommend Garrett Hill Auto.
