Gary was the best realtor we could have hoped for. We got hooked up with him through Zillow and had no expectations, but he was exactly what we needed. He recognized the houses that fit us and led us in that direction. I enjoyed visiting houses with him and always felt his feedback genuine. Gary was exactly what we needed during a very stressful time in anyone’s life, throw in 3 kids; 13,3, and newborn, and it’s a storm brewing. Gary helped keep everything nice and calm. He answered every call or called right back. He was very available (even if it was 12am or later) whenever we felt stressed or had a question. During the whole approval process, if someone didn’t answer our call, I would call Gary and he would do everything he could to get a hold of whoever it was for me! He was understanding of what we wanted and needed! Gary gave us honest opinions on things we should and should not do as if we were his own family. We had some great laughs along the road and if I didn’t find my forever home I would use him again, he is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!
