Gas Pro - Propane & Welding Supplies South Philly reviews
8Awesome staff very affordable prices. This place is the only place I will use for my bottle refills.
This place is amazing. Plenty of parking, quick service, and very knowledgeable. The prices are great too! Got 20lbs of propane for 15! Much better than home depot which gave me a 15lb tank for near 20 dollars and had to wait!
At Gaspro by the time I was done paying they were done filling my tank and it was waiting for me! In and out in five minutes. I could even get my co2 bottles filled here so that sure saved me time. Especially how cheap it is.
Great service! They fixed my broken propane hose for my food truck, and they had me back out on the streets in minutes!
I went to South Philly Propane to get a my 5lb CO2 tank filled. The guys checked / tightened the valve (it was a band new tank) and filled it for $8.64. I will definitely be going back and have no issue recommending the business.
These guys have been filling my grill propane tank (all the way to full, not like the ones that get shipped on a trailer) for years, and they were very kind to point out ahead of time when my propane tank was going to become illegal to fill.
Propane tanks, regardless of how carefully they are cared for, are only allowed to have a 12 year span that they can be used and refilled legally. After that the expanding and contracting of the metal can create microscopic cracks in the metal. That could lead to your tank leaking gas and you losing out on how much you actually get to burn in the grill, or a catastrophic explosion where individuals can get hurt. Some butt hurt dude was whining about his tank not being filled, and how he was able to go some other place and they filled it. He should keep going wherever and nice job to the employees knowing when to say no. You've earned my business twice over.
They filled my CO2 tank for a very low price. I will ask them to fill my CO2 tank again when it is empty.
Always great prices, helpful staff and convenient location. Will use exclusively for propane and welding gasses!
