Horrible horrible rude ignorant Dr. Dr Martin Chatzinoff the worst Dr I have ever been seen by. Kept talking over me did not let me speak and made me feel very uncomfortable. HIGHLY recommend not to see this man if you want help.

Please, if you are a person of color or specifically black do yourself a favor and don’t come here-they do not want to assist you.

I had an appointment scheduled here through the nurse navigator at my insurance company. Upon arrival to this appointment staff stated they didn’t think my insurance was accepted. I had to call my insurance company and have them on the phone trying to verify eligibility. It took an hour or more with the staff yelling at me and refusing to help for them to confirm yes my insurance was accepted.

I offered multiple times to reschedule but instead they had me seen which threw off their schedule. I let the doctor know I offered to reschedule and she was like “yeah you’re ruining the schedule. ” Dr. Christina Brown was extremely rude to me and talked down to me and rushed the appointment. She looked at me and said “do you even work” as if that was small talk. When I let her know I’m a college graduate working in early intervention she rolled her eyes. They refused to send me for additional testing or anything just said here’s linzess now leave. She wouldn’t talk to me about diet anything.

I’m sharing this review some time after because in this climate I’m hoping to stop another poc from having a poor experience.

This office is the LEAST efficient office I have EVER been to and trust me when I say with my autoimmune issues I have been to A LOT of doctors and specialists! You are nothing but a number to these people! It took two weeks and FOUR phone calls to receive ONE call back and it took them another week for them to even bother calling me back! They DO NOT have good bedside manner and do not seem to care about their patients! I have since switched doctors and never been happier. Just writing this review to hopefully help someone not have to go through what I, myself had to deal with. I would NOT by any means refer this office to ANYONE.

I had a short procedure with Dr. Goosenberg recently. I was apprehensive, as this was a first ever procedure since a tonsillectomy some 64 years ago. I can say it was an overwhelmingly pleasant experience, and wouldn't hesitate to re visit or recommend the doctor or the entire organization to anyone. First class from start to finish. Very professional, and outstanding treatment.

I was seen by Dr. Martin Chatzinoff in the late afternoon from horrible pain in my stomach for over 2 days. He sent me home with meds for IBS. I was rushed to the hospital 10 hours later for an emergency appendectomy. I would never see this doctor again. I could have died, if they had ruptured. Never see this doctor. He had no idea what he was doing. Even felt my lower right side as I told him I was in so much pain there. Still did nothing for me. Horrible place. Horrible doctor.

I am presently under the care of Dr. Stuart Lubinski. I am thoroughly pleased with how he has treated my illness, and how personable he is with how he has approached my situation.
I am making great steps going forwards in my condition.
The staff is very nice as well.
It's a pleasure to go each time I have had an appointment.
I do recommend this practice!
